Not gloating UKN but just confirming again how the happy clappys led so many up the garden path with their misleading commentary and claims they knew more than the market that is not gloating that is being shown the truth.People were warned about what the happy clappys were doing and their suspicious activity ramping people in on speculative and rumour and where are they now they say from a closed twitter boiler room what does not sound right about that!!

RNS for this was not unexpected. SEPCO are not going to contract until SML and PPA for mCIPP are complete. TG will know that they are responsible for this delay.

The SML was given a 'recommend' after Financial due diligence was proven.

We will know on October 18 when the Tenders for the PPA are publicly opened. Before then expect to have the SML announced and the ML for MCIPP

Kibo Energy PLC ("Kibo" or the "Company"), the multi-asset, Africa focused, energy company, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement dated 16 August 2018, the Company has noted that the Mbeya Coal Mine, which comprises the mining component of the Mbeya coal to Power Project ("MCPP"), has been recommended for grant of a Special Mining Licence from the Mining Commission of Tanzania (see also Tanzanian Ministry of Minerals announcement at: hxxp://tumemadini.go.tz/download/orodha-ya-special-mining-licence/)



Additionally, further to the announcement dated 18 September 2018, Kibo has now also submitted the request to the Tanzania Electricity Supply Company ("TANESCO") asking for further clarification on the impact / affect the tender process for coal power projects may or may not have on its ongoing Power Purchase Agreement ("PPA") negotiations with TANESCO in respect of the Company's MCPP in the Songwe district in South Western Tanzania.

What you mean is to say "SML for mbeya (Kibo) recommended. Not awarded or issued Chimp, just stating facts" strange this was not mention by company and "found" how long has it been at this stage I wonder but still not awarded or issued yet more fuel for the speculative and ramping though yes?
