21/11/2014 10:59 | Plenty more news to come Crazy price at this level | ertugrul
21/11/2014 10:59 | If this is not at least 5.00 pence by Christmas I would be very surprised. Gold JV, Rukwa JV, to name but two, and there is a lot more besides. The company is now de-risking itself big style and the rewards for long term holders are quite staggering. | bill182
21/11/2014 10:58 | Michael you never know! Kibo have been known to drop multiple RNS's | pj787
21/11/2014 10:58 | The 'advisors' who took shares are probably smiling this morning! | california joe
21/11/2014 10:57 | A close above 1.8 will put us over the 100 day sma. the 200 day sma currently stands at 2.27 | luckyvince

21/11/2014 10:50 | Excellent chap's this should see the end of shorters and derampers! | pj787
21/11/2014 10:50 | 1.75/1.85 We shouldn't even be here. This fell from 5p on manipulation so first stop is back to 5p, then add on whatever for the recent news. 10p anyone? | michaelsadvfn
21/11/2014 10:50 | The MM's might be in trouble the shorters would have closed and peeps want in so stock at a minimum. | quinan
21/11/2014 10:49 | It is all finally coming together, but the share should be trading at much higher levels. You just to look at the asset portfolio to understand that. The good thing though is that it is all there in black and white if people do the research. | bill182
21/11/2014 10:48 | The deal is a very good one for both companies. Coetzee has also hinted at a JV at Imweru. If he pulls that off as well the terms will be far more favorable simply because Kibo have a JORC resource already established there. Imweru could be throwing off significant cash in circa 24 months. As an idea, a similar sized operation in Turkey (similar cost location)) will generate pre tax profits of $74m over 34 months. Much more significant news ahead over the next week/weeks Market cap remains farcical | tadtech
21/11/2014 10:48 | Up again 1.75/1.8 | vivgav
21/11/2014 10:47 | we are on everyone's watch list, this RNS has meet on the bone, and a very good deal for KIBO. the next news is only days away and as LC said lots more to follow in the coming weeks very interesting times rather be in than out. | quinan
21/11/2014 10:47 | Just read over RNS again. Its a cracking deal for an asset which is relatively non core. However that 50% could really be very valuable post all Tiger investment. DFS next eek then $100m JV which will take this into orbit Value now being realised for our assets and thats fab 2.2p finish today | cammy3
21/11/2014 10:45 | Volume coming in now.....once through 2p then it will get interesting imo See chart. | vivgav
21/11/2014 10:44 | this is good news, but can Kibo do anything about the timing of their RNS's.I know there may be restrictions because of the duel listing in Africa, but I feel we would get more exposure if we had a 7 am RNS.It is still very positive though. Look forward to next week for more news.Or maybe at 13.00 hrs. ? | daddy warbucks
21/11/2014 10:43 | What next coal jv or gold jv! Take your pick. | pj787

21/11/2014 10:38 | LOOKS LIKE THIS DEAL REALLY IS IN KIBO'S FAVOUR! | california joe
21/11/2014 10:37 | "The terms of the MOU would see Metal Tiger pay for the ongoing licence renewal fees and other maintenance costs for a minimum of 12 months (estimated to be approximately US$100,000 p.a.) and up to a maximum of 3 years within which timeframe Metal Tiger is to expend a total of US$800,000 on project costs (including licence renewal fees) and an agreed exploration work program, to maintain its 50% interest in the JV. Should Metal Tiger expend less than a total of US$800,000 whilst maintaining the Pinewood Portfolio licences, but not less than US$300,000 then Metal Tiger's 50% interest in the JV will revert to a 10% free carry on the Pinewood Portfolio. Should Metal expend less than $300,000 in total then Metal Tiger's total interest in the JV shall revert to Kibo" | california joe |
