I think, knowing the 'timeline achievement' record of Kibo, that it is rather presumptuous of anyone to predict to the date when Something/anything is likely to happen concerning RNS releases! I do personally think that the Special Mining Licence would need to be in place prior to the PPA being signed off for obvious reasons! I would like to see that in place as soon as possible so that the end of March completion of the PPA could still be achievable.

Could get a bit messy in the morning if many bought in off the back of that 'bogus' press report! I missed the opportunity to bag a few more on the drop this morning, but l won't miss out tomorrow if there is a sell off first thing!

Buyers of the stock now are paying premium to the ones who took heavily discounted placing at 4.25p and as with the normal place they will likely be flipping these new stocks or if you will call it forward selling? It would explain the mystery of where all the "tight free float" has been coming from in the form of the 100,000 seller making a tidy profits from this and leaving the baby with the happy clappers who seem confused themselves what is happening did they not say they were told no placing needed this year after the last surprise placing 2017?
