No Directors buying the stock ?I have seen this before in many shares and what generally happens is dillution.Think about and ask why are they not getting involved ?Very strange why they won't buy as something could be lurking and they will not purchase because of this.

and why would they need the placing for? They have had access to 2.8mln USD and all the studies have been done. So money is needed only for salaries and other general admin.

If they were in dire cash position why would they waste 50k in KAT?

The only reason for placing I see is for the Mbeya mine developement. At 17mln funding required, if go for 25:75 equity:debt, they would need something in the region of 3.5mlln, ie more like 15% dilution.

And that would be hugely positive as once the mine is fully operational, its revenue will be c25mln and profits - say 7.5mln, ie payback of less than 3 years!

I concede the company has got sufficient progress to support its current mcap with recent news and progress.
Although I believe there will be some form of cash raising shortly it looks like there will be news on the ESIA and SML which will give enough support to maintain this mcap and that predictions of lows are unlikely.

I expect there will be circa 10% net dilution shortly but given delivery of the detailed agenda spoken about in today's RNS any funding will be seen as positive to enable continued work on the projects.

I did not believe the company would manage to get such milestones over line in time given recent slips in timescales and political environment. It seems I may have been wrong.
