I don't expect him to come back without that license in hand. Today's news suggests it is imminent and is just awaiting the photo opportunity and PR that the politicians will crave. The stock is ridiculously cheap at these levels so I have doubled my holding.

I agree Edgein. Think they are now trying not to over promise but at the same time give us the information to come to the conclusion ourselves. Most promising news regarding the ML for ages now. Surely they wouldn't be going to all this trouble without the end being in sight?, it can't be easy for RL going out there and then having to quarantine every time he gets back.

Interesting update too, not totally unexpected of course, but it seems like the setting up of the charity is in full swing now. Hopefully the last hurdle before the ML is officially issued. Sounds like RL intends to update us on Nayega and Utah when they get back from the trip. Perhaps this will be the year for Nayega finally.

Regards,
Ed.

Are we entering a commodities supercycle? And what does it mean for small cap investors?https://total-market-solutions.com/2021/02/are-we-entering-a-commodities-supercycle/

As it goes, I think 5% is a pretty reasonable ESG commitment.

I can't see we'd be giving up much more fat from the bone, on top of the 15% local SGM ownership, the 10% Togolese government carry, commitment to 100% Togolese staffing, Togolese Corporation, Local and Employment taxes and now a sizable, charitable ESG contribution from Keras' Net project profits.

It does seem to be spelled out now that Presidential sign off is the longest pole in the tent. I think given the political make up in Togo, most of us had assumed this was implicit, although it is good to see it is clearly explicit.

I would sincerely hope after all this time that Gnassingbe is acutely aware of our project, in spite of his new government legitimately needing some time to come up to speed.

Yes, and I am assuming that as soon as that charity is established the license will be issued. That makes KRS an absolute no brainer at this price imo.

So there has been negotiating and an agreement to donate 5% of profits to charity.

Hi Fillipe, Calidus is currently Au$0.42

It's worth following the Aussie BB, hotcopper dot com dot au and searching the epic CAI.

A good, informed bulletin board, and active site to monitor price and trends.

Yes .42 Cents, only put the other figure of A$ so not to confuse with USA $

Thnaks a lot to you both.

pinecone, may I just double check ... do you have the share price in Aus as 42 cents per share or 0.42 cents, per share.
Thanks and all best.

Hi Fillipe,

If you open the KRS thread below this thread (the one entitled ex Ferex) there is actually an active ASX CAI price chart that will show you the price on any given day.

Then simply convert to sterling.

Hope this helps.

Hi Fillipe

Here are up to date figures!

A$/£ rate = .559

Current share price = A$ .42 c

Therefore £ rate = .234 p per share!

If you need anything else to assist just ask!

Best regards

Hi everyone and many thanks to all for your comments on the KRS/Calidus affair/s.
I had thought my shares had been sold, but now see they are still sitting in my a/c ... sorry for that stupid error, but I had misunderstood the bookkeeping there.

I'm given to understand that the share trading market in Calidus is very small and this is what is restricting the emptying of the tubeful of stock here in the UK which is therefore only steadily being sold off.

I see from today's KRS rns there is a mention of the Calidus disposal history and also some details of the current Calidus price, or is that latter just a restating of the CAI share price at the time of the disposal/consolidation?

Might someone have the near CAI share price in approx today's UK pence? ....just so I can check my own conversion outcome.

Thanks again for you kind assistance, all very much appreciated.

Seems to me that it’s about getting that charitable foundation up and running so the license can be issued. Maybe RL is over there for the launch.

It sounds like there's been progress with the agreement on ESG commitment and also that there now sounds like an offtake partner is primed and ready to go.

I'd far rather the company used cautious language rather than the unfulfilled over optimism of the recent past. It just reinforces that the award of the permit is entirely in the hands of the Togolese government.

If you see recent articles on Togo First, they're desperate to appeal to inward investment and so, no two ways about it, the way they treat Keras is an advert to the world of how they conduct themselves.

Now it doesn't sound as though even they are very hopeful of the licence for Togo being granted anytime soon.

Maybe his fund did buy in the placing and he’s just adding in his personal account, as he often does. If you have a Twitter account maybe you could ask him.

Mark,

I reckon the two will probably be close together. I doubt they'll go into stockpiling much at the beginning.

I see Nick Slater has been buying these agressively and has tweeted that he's bought another 12m today. When an investment Guru like him speaks it's time to pay attention so I have just added another 3m in two tranches

Hey Ed,

Where was sales plan mentioned? I only saw Production plan cited in the RNS?*
