With the recovery rising from 50% to 70% not sure what this will equate to in MT of tantalum per month as the throughput will still be 150,000T of ore but if it rises to 16MT per month then profits would be

Clarke reported in a presentation in December, tantalum had risen from $50 per lb to just under $70 per lb in December. And there have been suggestions from what ought to be well-informed sources that Kennedy has a generous margin of $30 to $40 per lb.

33060 lbs x $40 = $1,322,400.00 (£1,017,624.00)
33060 lbs x $35 = $1,157,100.00 (£890,362.00)

Six additional shaker Tables have been successfully installed and are operational, bringing the total up to eight shaker tables on site and running in the plant circuit. These tables remove impurities and increase Tantalum recoveries above 70% (previously c.50%)Very significant imo!Recovery up almost by 50%

we are stockpiling lithium ore via tantalite tailings* and lepidolite mineral veins. also someone commented on lse bb, the company chose to publish the minimum grade [why not the highest?],

'The Lithium project continues to advance with the completion of the third party SGS lab report showing grades from the initial bulk sampling above 1.5%'

our lithium grading starts at 1.5% and goes up to .......

[*recall dec, the plan was in q1 to insert into the production line, equipment to separate the lithium mica out of the homestead ore]

the original release suggested larry's commentary was written some time ago...

well, its the last day of q2, so are we or are we not at full scale production? additionally, i felt, after numerous rns referencing 10,000 or 15,000 t/m ore through put, why didn't they say where we are now?

good to see the amendment - put a lot of questions to bed - water conservation, fine ore circuit, milling circuit [and assumed 15000 throughput for 15 t concentrate per month].

looks like we are into September until JORC then by the looks of things, but maybe as they say that will provide further potential upside (or they haven't found enough and need to spread the search to a cynic?)....production news seems good, but would have been good to have some numbers! DYOR

i would have liked more detail on what sgs had to say on metallurgy, what else they were able extract, the simplicity/complexity of process.

stockpiling - suggests we can still be the first lithium producer on aim...

i'm not a mineral consultant, but i could have told the company it would need to trench/core to get a jorc [lithium].

looking good on tantalite side and revenue generation which is ultimately the point of the business!

A site visit took place with the MSA Group who are producing the JORC report and it was determined further core sampling was required to allow an extended look at a much larger area to include the Homestead resources. This is very positive as this extends the potential lithium resource and assesses the Homestead which the Company is already mining Tantalum from, with stock piling of Lepidolite taking place from various visual veins.
