Level 2 looks interesting today, with one MM (PEEL) willing to take 25 million on the bid.

This is the kind of project that PR will be interested in. PL has beat him to this one. Stake gets an interest in a silver miner very close to production.

Kenv 13% up on Monday, rise exaggerated by the lack of a decimal point on bid/ask. Both LDP and Kenv are close to making acquisitions.
Settled at 0.080 - 0.084 Nice 6m buy at 82

ATB to you mate, KENV could be a life changer in a relatively short period in my opinion, but there's no doubting you have to be mindful otherwise you risk losing the shirt of your back! Have a good weekend.

agreed, although i think people might be getting a bit ahead of themselves (i dont want to sound like a deramper, and i hope I am wrong!)...i have taken out my stake and the rest is in for free...with these shell companies you have to invest for the long term to make mega bucks, in 7 or 8 at the moment, if one comes good im looking at ££££millions in within 10 years
PS: i'm an optimist at heart :P
best of luck so, and have a good weekend all

Mate that's a real dilemma and one that all of us face no doubt, to be honest with you any one of those scenarios could play out and you can give reasons for & against both, like we've just done, a very well respected poster by the name of Sherlock from LSE who is in regular contact with the BOD & co says word is a deal is being worked on and could be announced in the weeks rather than months definitely before Christmas anyway, the disclaimer here is as always all being well, after all business deals can go sideways, delays etc etc so fair play to him. But in the end i guess there is no right or wrong answer, profit is profit and if you fancy de-risking take a little and let the rest ride. Expect more holding RNS's to come as the majority were placed with the likes of rowan & co, very small amount of shares in circulation for pi's. ATB

true that mate, but its a tough one to call...you know the saying, buy on rumour sell on fact...is it possible that rowan knows from past behaviour of shre price movement, that if he released an rns saying gledhow has taking a 20% stake in some random company, the share price is bound to jump, this being an investment company, there is obviously hope of a deal coming through, but he could be playing the market not for the deal that might or might not shape up, but just to make a cash return on pi's buying in on volume, following him in, and then offloading to them at a higher price...if you look at ldp for example, if the rumours are true about the possible deals they are looking at, why didnt he hold full stop till they release news of a deal, and then sell at a couple of pence? i'm just worried when you see a few high days of volume significantly up from previous months, it can hide very easily big holders off loading in relatively large chunks...and to sell 400 million shares, even in 1mill trade chunks, the cost of the trades (if he is offloading them onto the market that is) still would only be a very small % of the profits he has made, so that wouldnt be un-plausible???
i'm in two minds, have had a limit placed all day, hasnt been hit yet...what im thinking is this
1) rowan is selling at the moment, therefore i should sell now, wait till he releases a holding statement saying he made 400% and no longer holds
2) rowan continues to hold, a deal comes through, and we make $$$
3) rowan sells as per 1) above, but i keep holding, even though any possible drop on him selling, waiting for them to annouce a deal further down the line...dont forget they have 11 or so months (+6 more) under aim rules to come up with something, rarely do they happen in the first few weeks of becoming an investment company (look at ldp, piri, pgr, prs etc)...
so a bit stumped really as what to do.
I think i will leave the limit order on for the rest of the day, if it hits, grand, if not, it will be cancelled then i will hold long term irrefardless, and just hope all the profit im in at the moment doesnt get eaten up if a deal is not announced in the next couple of weeks, but this i have to say goes against my investing policy...000% figures are always to be cashed in, or at the very least top sliced and the rest let to run freely

Agree to a certain extent mate and that could well unfold here it's certainly one way of looking at it, cash in a 400% return why not.

On the flip side though in hindsight when he sold at a 400% profit into LDP don't you think he wished he hung around for a while longer and sold at 0.87 instead of what ever it was 0.40 something having bought at 0.10, Lesson learnt perhaps, but profit is profit and he will have his exit point whether thats at a predetermined amount who knows, time will tell i guess

dr.rosso the last statement in your above post is worrying if you think about it, he sold ldp after a 400% increase, why would he not sell lenv after a 400% increase aswell? granted it happened here a lot quicker than it did in ldp...but if he invests the same way for everyi investment he does, would it not make sense that maybe his target price is 400%, and all this volume today and yesterday is him actually selling his holding? and will report this after hours or monday morning first thing? just a thought

...and there's always the possibility that a certain Nick Lee could help with financing and take a stake here for his troubles, i'm sure they have each other on speed dial for that sort of thing, if not i'm willing to use a first class stamp to tell Redmond that Lee wants to meet up for a coffee & chat.

Mms caught short yesterday. Price dip this morning to pick up cheap stock and sell it on to cover their position. Will prob start to move up a tad from current 0.080, but the real killing was made by Bruce at 0.02 and smart followers at 0.04, thank you very much. Timing is everything on these things.

Further news poss on the way. Mms have dropped bid to 0.076 but will still take 10m, whilst ask is at 0.090. Spread is to deter buyers atm. Another big holder to show his face? Heard that a mining deal is being sought, cash can buy a stake in something nearing production, poss S Amer gold project.

Offloads are notified. Bruce Rowan sold his 100m Leed on Jan 21, market notified on 24th. Still holding his 500m Kenv, now worth 4x the £100k he paid for them. Usually waits for some kind of deal to unfold.

napoleon..they want premiums to buy...but seen this too often..and the problem is these guys who take such a alarge amount in placing nevers eem to rns when they ahve sold....so guess the large volume and the share price up almost 400% has been to lure in pi's as they offload...have a feeling a few pieces of news will be engineeres to get your 100 to 250mill volume days and if lucky can make plenty...but as sold all my 0.04p stock...will wait to see what happens over coming month.

camelot, those that hold out for the big deal will surely be rewarded, but its not rational (by my standards anyway!) not to take a 400% profit :)

whilst the idea here is some sort of deal (rto or likewise) at 0.1 im sitting on a tasty profit after buying at 0.03
to be honest, a lot of people, including gledhlow are holding at very large prices...when a profit of this size presents itself, the rational is take your money...limit order on at 0.1 to dump the lot
best of luck to everyone who waits for a deal to materialise :)
