Think you all need to go and take a look at EMH Look where it was and where it is sitting currently. This is a no brainer Buy the dips and give it 3 monthsGL

There are numerous reasons to speculate why the offtake deal didn't happen.
Although, It sounded to me like the other party were trying to pull a fast one. Once it was delivered, maybe they thought they could lower the price, or something to that effect. Unless KENV gives a full explanation we will never know. On the plus side, this Larry Johnson seems to know his stuff, he's been very busy sorting things out. I do like this little snippet: Aftan's lithium programme is proceeding well, with the Lepidolite sampling programme nearing completion. A JORC/SAMREC ore resource is expected to be announced in Q2 this year. The test work programme is underway and proceeding as planned at SGS Johannesburg with first results received and an initial plant design being scoped.
Think I'm going to stay put for a while, could be very interesting seeing how it all pans out.

not unreasonable citywired, .agree it would be better if they were more transparent on why non-payment...key for me will be whether they can ship that load on after that meeting in February to release cash, and continue to deliver the production they have promised.....following that the JORC resource by end of June....so we have 1 month, then 5 months of delivery to decide whether cowboys or not....

We do not know exactly what went down. The concentrate was first delivered, then withdrawn, therefore it sounds more like the offtake partner refused to pay. Conversely I would view the KENV board as cowboys if they were the ones who instigated the breakdown of arrangements. Either way, having commercial contracts, payed for trucking and subsequently withdrawn the supply sounds dodgy.

Also questioning the long-term benefit of high grading at such early stages? Then the water problems, pumps etc, these things cost money.

It seems like this latest update still feels like investors are veiled from a transparent update. Everything is nicely worded but there is little granular detail.

Time for me to move on.

I think the market sees this as good news and was probably behind the share price run up in the last couple of weeks!

"""""Aftan is currently in several discussions with some of the largest users of tantalum in the world and has consequently withdrawn the 1.6 tonnes of assayed and quality approved tantalite concentrate that was produced in December 2016 from the bonded warehouse where it was delivered to Aftan's offtake partner but not paid for, without penalty and as permitted by the offtake contract, until improved terms are agreed or new potential offtake agreements are finalised""""""I read this as it was KENVs decision to withdraw as terms/price are not good enough for the product supplied so, with no penalty, Kenv are looking at other companies to take the product (for more money)

yes not great, but the 15/16 Feb visit by one of the largest consumers of tantalite to the site, bodes reasonably well IMO? If they are interested they may hoover the previous and current stockpiles up...let's see. DYOR etc

The worst aspect of today's RNS was that their copper plated off-take partner had not paid! There may be liquidity issues here over the next few months depending on the outcome of the February visit of a potential new (additional) off take partner. I feel the new CEO activities are positive for the longer term though.

yup, GLA, let's hope some bigger buyers move in. Personally I like the fact the new CEO has stepped in to assist and make operational efficiencies, likewise to renegotiate things if he feels they are not right.

Have entered for the first time to complement my EMH and BCN holdings, slicing off some from the Nomad-hunting VAST and the turnaround AST.

Hesitated over 15.5p but now a little 'froth' has been removed, decent gains are foreseeable. 3-4 bagger already from its low point, but the short to medium term looks quite strong and long-term, very promising indeed.

I'm pleased my tentative post appears to have been correct. I've also bought more....again.

Folks will no doubt feel a bit rattled by today's news, but the bigger picture should prove this to have been a decent buying opportunity.

Still think this sell off is overdone iMO. They are bringing in better operational efficiency, great, they are renegotiating off-takes as think they can get better deals, great, Lithium JORC on track....DYOR but think this may rebound...

Maybe sticking my neck out a bit too far, but possibly today's dip may be over.

Level 2 has firmed and the selling looks to have dried up, with the RSI is way up from the very low of earlier.

The recent highs at KENV have been pricing in perfection so coming off a bit will make it all look more sensible for where we are at the present.

Slight set back for the purpose of efficiency gains. Much more positive than negative statements. Prospects look even better. I'm not selling just yet.

Views anyone? Looks like new CEO has come in and shaken things up in a positive way at least! Q2 Lithium JORC update on track which IMO is the icing...let's see how market reacts...
