yes they seem positive that the JORC resource will be out H1 2017 DYOR and heard nothing about a fund raise in the very near term, so IMO this bodes well. Liked the fact they are on the look out for other assets and maybe that will be when they look to raise money and maybe get a house broker on board...DYOR

Giles Clark stated in the presentation: Producing now. No fundraise for two years. Anticipates being cash positive in early 2017. Giles Clark is a very successful businessman with reputation to uphold. I believe he is a man of his word.

Ah I get it now. Kenv hemmhoraged money losing £800k last year, have £60k cash only and generated zilch income. How they will get through 2017 I don't know. Clarke and Harrison hold considerable shares yet also hold more in their separate investment vehicle... hmmm. Great way to limit liabilities if this business goes under.

I think they just want to flog this, too often I've seen founders promising great things. Clarke said he "likes dividends", well so what? He hasn't committed to returning anything if the co makes money. That was a sales pitch, a hook to create a market of demand for shares that he holds.

I still don't get KENV, it is a tantalite asset yet no appraisal and meaningful production. Instead this foolish goose chase for lithium, which is not just some byproduct but requires money and time. Why not go further with their tantalite asset?

don't think SMA has much cash behind it from reading the recent rns's - about £165,000 from last a/c's. so possible fund raising there?

there is good reason to stay here. share price 14.25p, shares in issue 175m, mcap £25m.

wave1 - what mcap for initial PRODUCTION and SALE of 2 valued/sought after minerals?
wave2 - what mcap for stabilised, higher volume PRODUCTION and SALE of both minerals?
wave3 - potential for dividends, organic growth, ftse listing, buyout approach...

the other point is that by selling just 100,000 of these KENV you can then buy a three million or so of the SMA which gives a fairly decent stake in a start up by Giles Clarke, given his record with AMER and KENV i think thats fair dont you?

I was only pointing out that KENV was valued like this a short while back when many of us bought in.

Its the same Giles Clarke running both, the big difference is that i feel the KENV share price is now quite high, so ime out. But the SMA share price is still in my opinion chicken feed.

Not at all old chap, just going on publicly available information and sharing it. The shell isnt so pathetic when you realise what its got going for it. The only pathetic thing in fact is the market cap for SMA of just a few million, less than 5 .

I see Clarke has just had an RNS put out for his SMA saying its now a cash shell, this will allow him to do the reverse takeover he has been working on since late 2015. Must be something very nice brewing there. Brilliant low entry share price too.

Your right!!! The new CEO will want his share before the news!!! Maybe he's the one buying and the reason there has been no news. 30 day close period if he announces his buying!! Personally I think Clarke and Harrison are the key players here!!!
