Target is 15000 throughput and 15 ton tant concentrate per month. Plant is currently going through upgrades to meet the 15 ton concentrate so expect the tant concentrate to be lower than 15 ton at the moment...but it will be there and maybe more very soon.

I'm sure KENV will be releasing an RNS in the next couple of trading days to confirm product has been delivered on schedule as per previous announcements. After all, Ironveld and Amerisur are different companies, he's never disappointed at KENV...

1st July 2015 "Aftan's mine is set to restart operations in July 2015"
3rd August 2015 The resumption of mining activities scheduled for Q3 2015
3rd November 2015 - "It is expected that new underground production will be available for processing during the course of this month"
23rd November - "First phase of production is estimated to produce 5,000lbs Ta2O5 per month in Q2 2016"
2nd Feb 2016 - First delivery of the Mines high grade Tantalite concentrate to the offtake partner is now expected to take place at the end of February 2016
20th July 2016 - The Companyâ€;™s operational cash flow has been constrained since Aftan reopened the TVM and recommissioned the existing processing plant at the end of 2015. This is due to irregular mine grades... blah blah blah.

Might come good for you guys, but it's worth not completely ignoring those that have been invested in GC companies for some time, they could post exactly the same bunch of broken promises from his other companies.

Clarke should be censured by the nomad or colleagues for his serial RNS gaffes but I think they're all too weak to pull him and the fact is, once you factor in the serial careless promises he makes re timing, the bloke does identify good business opps *and sees them through*.

As to this one being under or over valued, imo if their RNS's are correct it has to be under. I have asked PH for clarification on some of the RNS's but no response as yet. However I thought they were decent value before the fundraise for the plant upgrade (which I was mad about and ranted a bit on here) when they were forecasting 15,000 tonnes by sometime next year but which is now happening. I bought at 6p before that fundraise but I also bought after it at under 3p which was Clarke's price.

The value now is better than it was then and the lithium potential an extra in my view. Lots of lithium projects around with 2-3 yrs to production but this one is imminent, to use GC's language.

Aceuk is correct imv in so much as GC's main focus of interest is in himself. One thing for sure - he couldn't give a toss about the small Pi - imo..

Actually tell I lie, I only sell my longer term investments if target gets hit or something changes news wise.

Company well ahead of production ramp up timeframes and throughput so very confident on KENV.

Whenever a different poster comes on a board with a contrary view or subtle de-ramp, it pays to take a look at their posting history.....often says more than the post itself!

Whenever a share shoots up althe subtle deramping takes place particularly the embittered who have lost money! Not to late to buy in Ace!

He is a good member of any board in my opinion. As for getting over-excited, not me but easy to see some people are. Follow the fundamentals and the potential and not hard to see why they are getting excited.

So did I, that was why I invested in Amerisur @8p/share - it then went down to about 3p before rising over 65p. Since 65p it has been death by a thousand cuts though there may (emphasis on MAY) be something happening "imminently" as there has been for most of the last 3 years.

Obviously I did take good profits on a percentage of my holding and still remain hopeful for the balance - just urging do not get over-excited.

Btw Ironveld keeps raising itself from the dead before slipping back there - another company that will come good if you're patient .... VERY PATIENT!

You guys should look at other companies where Giles Clarke and Nick Harrison are heavily involved before you get so carried away. May be better to err on the side of caution ;-)

" Net proceeds of the Placing will be used by African Tantalum (Pty) Limited ("Aftan"), Kennedy Ventures' investee company, to upgrade and expand Aftan's current plant at Tantalite Valley Mine ("TVM") and open up the Lepidolite orebody where, due to the association of lepidolite (lithium-rich mica) with the tantalite, lithium potential exists ("the Programme"). The Programme is designed to:

o Improve overall tantalite recovery rates through the installation of a new fines recovery plant

o Increase targeted throughput to 15,000 tonnes per month and increase production to 15 tonnes of tantalite concentrate per month with improved ore sourcing and grades"

RNS 3/10/16

"The plant modules are performing as per design specifications and production is being ramped up as each section completes testing. Full commercial production at the new higher target rate of 15,000 tonnes per month is expected to be reached during next week and first shipment of tantalite concentrate to Aftan's offtake partner is anticipated to take place in the second half of the month, and twice per month thereafter.

Aftan has advised that further fines recovery equipment will be installed in the first two weeks of October without disrupting production and this is expected to increase the recovery of fine tantalite."

The new manager must be doing a brilliant job....this level of production wasn't expected until 2nd Qtr 2017! Way ahead of schedule and already producing at their higher target....we should get confirmation RNS soon I would have thought...

Results will only show the start of peak production....forward looking statements should be where the interest lies!

Great day here so far. And my other share TERN is rising steadily. Mostly all buys there also
