                      Extension of Warrant Exercise Period



Further to today's general meeting of the holders of outstanding warrants over
Ordinary Shares in Kenmare, issued in accordance with the warrant instrument
dated 8 December 1997, the period within which these warrants can be exercised
has been extended from 8 December 2003 to 8 December 2005.

As at the date hereof there are a total of 1,748,000 such warrants outstanding.
