   Notification in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13 
 
   In accordance with Rule 9.6.13 (1) of the Listing Rules of the UK 
Listing Authority, the Company hereby makes the following disclosures in 
respect of directorships of publicly quoted companies  currently held or 
held in the previous five years by Mr. Peter Bacchus, who will become a 
director of the Company immediately after Kenmare's AGM on 25 May 2017. 
 
   Mr. Bacchus is a non-executive director of Gold Fields Limited, a 
globally diversified producer of gold with a primary listing on the JSE 
and secondary listings on the New York Stock Exchange and the Swiss 
Exchange.  He is also a non-executive director of Galaxy Resources 
Limited, a global lithium company listed on the Australian Securities 
Exchange. 
 
   Mr. Bacchus is currently also a non-executive director of Nordgold, an 
internationally diversified gold producer that was, until 16 March 2017, 
listed on the London Stock Exchange.  In addition, he was until January 
2016 a non-executive director of Paramount Mining Corporation Limited, a 
company previously listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. 
 
   There are no matters in respect of Mr. Bacchus requiring disclosure 
under UK Listing Rules 9.6.13(2) to 9.6.13(6) inclusive.
