When I said flood the market I meant all trying to sell at once. The MMs can go NT or lower the price to a level they believe they can sell them on for at a profit. With a proven management team, cash in hand and no debt investors clearly like what they've seen so far hence the 300% rise from 2p only two weeks ago.

I doubt anyone could "flood the market" as MMs would simply go NT and reduce the NMS to ensure that doesn't happen? That wouldn't stop the share price moving negatively of course. Early days here so it will be volatile until a more stable trading pattern emerges.

There are limited shares available for the MM to trade. On 28/11/22 198 million shares were issued at 2p. That's all the shares in the company. The MM can only trade with the shares they have so one or two buys sends the price up and one or two sells sends the price down. Leaving aside the directors that own about 20% of the company 80% of the 2p shares are with the entrepreneurs. This is why the spread is so wide. The MM don't have the stock to sell you but at the same time they don't want your stock because they are wary of the entrepreneurs flooding the market with their 2p stock if the bid is attractive enough.

Standard list. Less red tape than AIM, AIM is so highly regulated these days many are choosing the standard list You are clearly well informed in the markets.

As far as I'm aware the company has a standard listing only companies on the AIM are required to put out this notice. I initially thought this was an AIM company but it isn't.

What do mean its a shell and it needs a deal. It is an investment company so has no business of its own. It invests shareholders money into other listed companies. The attraction is that the management have invested their own money and have a good track record.

I would be tempted now we have a retrace but bear in mind what you are investing in. It's a shell and will need a deal to get where we want it to be. I shall be adding a few more if the price drops further
