Not sure it will happen that quickly. They need to identify a target, which they may have done under the previous banner and would be a reason to fund raise and name change. Then they need DD both financial and legal and in a plc that can take months. Who knows but if they already have a target it could go sooner.

MM are short of stock hence the 100% rise. The 1 trades I suspect are theirs trying to convince you that some sort of notice like a speeding ticket is on the way. They also stall the rise trying to convince recent buyers the rally is over. This looks like a good management team taking the share price places. Buy or hold.
