Well I said the company is being talked down. I leave it up to people to decide between those that are actual shareholders with genuine concerns and those that have other motives.

It's collapsing due to the companies abysmal performance and the complete lack of support for it in the market, nothing else whatsoever.

Think if Kefi were a busted flush the usual suspects would not be devoting so much energy to talking it down :-)

Largely the same people who are talking about a cash raising now are the same ones that were saying they could guarantee it would happen in the summer or earlier.

Excellent posts by Cybaajak. It beggars belief that Adams has bamboozled s/holders for this long whilst stuffing his pockets with cash for years. The Report & Accounts are there to inform s/holders - as Cybaa points out (1) Egregious consultancy arrangements documented in the R&As show just how much Adams has enriched himself whilst destroying value to s/holders and delivering absolutely no discernible on the ground progress to move this project ahead. A review of RNS over last 4-5 years is a truly sobering exercise & if I had been the Senior NED I would have fired him a while back.
(2) Auditors comments about going concern and running out of cash have been broadly ignored and yet they are there for a reason....Adams is now desperate for cash to keep lights on, and w/o a deep discounted rights issue, it won't happen (3)Ethiopians aren't stupid, they too can follow the broken promises, missed timetables, accounting issues, and self-enrichment plans as well as the next man. Should they really entrust the future of their mining industry to this shower....I think I know the answer.
Kefi is a busted flush (but not for Adams) and the sooner s/holders wake up the better

Again I'll ask. Should Kefi not issue an RNS explaining exactly what is being done about these so called security issues that are hindering, apparently, the closing of finance to kickstart TK?

At the very least a clear account of who is causing this 'trouble' and who in the Government is charged with dealing with it.

If it is blackmail, than say so. If it threatens the completion of funding then say so.

Tell those involved, and us, what is going to happen and make it final in an RNS. Early November, four weeks, should be plenty.

If it is Tigray and worse, then also spell it out and, frankly, we can all just accept we are not going to progress in Ethiopia. These militants a 1,000 km away are not going to give up ever, any more than the Taliban did...

And did I see Harry is going to squeak again on another channel later this week? Heaven help us. RNS with facts and dates and a poker attitude - shouldn't be hard for an honest, big bluff Aussie, eh?

My patience is now fully worn out with HAA/BOD..if he/they deliver the TKGM funding closure before another stupid dilution/fund raise, then fair enough...as we might actually see a share price bounce to a reasonable valuation, but if not, then HAA, John L and Norman Ling all need to go...we LTIs shareholders have put up with this incompetence and constant failure for far, far, far too long...not interested in his/their promises of jam tomorrow....so time to call an EGM on another announced failure to deliver and/or if they attempt another fund raise...then the price of this should be their heads...and replacement with competent CEO/FD...who can actually deliver the goods.

I think that a number of long term holders have far more shares in this stock than ever intended since this saga has been going on soooo long that many people have averaged down on numerous occasions based on company projections which have all disappointed so far.

It should be Tom but some have gone heavy. I agree with you though, aim in general v v risky and yes it should be punt money but not all see it like that.

Understood Theaviator, but seriously, any prospective mining stock is surely only a very tiny proportion of any avatars portfolio. And one with prospects in Ethiopia and Saudi Arabia no less.

Regardless of the decade+ of delays, the CEO and all the other alarm bells, red flags and white hot warning signs, I simply don’t know what to ‘say’.

Tom, let's have a bit of genuine feeling for the folk who have put a lot in because some have and I know that for a fact. They believed Harry and took him at his word. Ok many won't do that again but still. Rob, I disagree. How many years can he get away with it??! It's disgusting. It's like battered women who keep giving the hubby one last chance.
