Hmm...How much equity are Kefi actually expected to have to raise? Numbers are not very clear from the recent update RNS. $60M minus offtake up-front payments? In which case perhaps only $30-40M? Still that's quite a lot of extra shares at 2p...Even so, the latest update says Kefi will get 124k Oz attributable p.a.!! How on earth can the NPV be only $264M, with production starting next year and a low 8% discount rate?? Are the reserves very low at this stage of exploration? Or is the projected AISC very high eg. $1200+?Thanks for any info.

I guess I look at KEFI compared to so many junior mine investments and just think it has successfully gone through so many dozens and dozens gates and milestones and trials and tribulations that virtually all of it has been derisked, barring the very final step - so why not take all of the upside. Either way I'm fully invested and I strongly believe the mine will open.

I look at like this, anyone buying now looking to double their money, will be out the moment news lands. At 5p they'll be looking for 10p to double up. But the choice is theirs. Wait until it's derisked is sensible.

Gold price up and will likely to continue for this quarter, coin based shares down copper looking very attractive massive demand and low production pushing the price up, fundamentals chaps going to be very strong this year.

Rio, I agree, the mention of new funding partners in the autumn, and the share price was in auction from the open up to 3p, from more or less current levels. I'm just saying for those who are cautious there's plenty of upside remaining from a 4 or 5p entry.

Cyberbub as a newbie I would suggest you go to the Kefi website and read up on the various presentations and RNS's..company mkt cap is c£40m but NPV of Kefis share of TKGM at c65% is c£200m+ ignoring EL areas, massive KSA assets & EL areas etc...the finance due is 2 senior banks, outtake & local investors (Kefi contribution already invested c60m+ equity into the project

I made a chunky top up today with two trades avg just under 2p. I simply cant see the opportunity to buy again at these levels.

cyber, TK funding if/when it happens will see a good rise in the share price in a day. A newbie here could wait till funding is complete and risk is removed. I think even a purchase at 4p will rise 3 or 4 fold in months.

I'm considering a first investment here, as it seems very positive to me now. But unless people think that the placing for the large equity capex contribution will be at a premium to 2p, is it not more sensible to wait and see what price it's at, and then hopefully buy at or around the same price?

Me too deedee, I struggle to see a scenario whereby they appoint a TK HR manager, unless it's effectively a done deal. So I'm expecting to hear something before the end of March.

I don't think the MMs are seeking to create a buyers' market. Quite the opposite IMHO. There is a gap up coming soon, and the bigger the gap up, the more money the MMs make.

Sitting tight here, even thinking of another top up, if it stays below 2p. Copper 4% up and looking strong, warehouse inventories still depleting at a rapid rate. So much for no inflation! Still think Saudi will be the making of KEFI and that an approach JV would be the best outcome. TK will just be the fuse!
