08/12/2020 11:39 | Lol Goatie. Dad stories eh? If he was anything like mine he would also not be impressed with the poor investment choice here and wonder what I was thinking... But like wives, we learn not to tell our elders everything about our youthful indiscretions...even as we advance in years. "How's that investment doing, it seems to always be going down?" "Aye, but apparently it is just forming a base Da...more impressive news out today" "What, again? When do you see a return then now son?!" "Soon Da, very soon..." ;) Topicel | topicel
08/12/2020 11:03 | No sorry I genuinely thought it was very funny...just sometimes when I type on my phone it somehow adds ???...weird....or touché" becomes touch... | belfastboyo
08/12/2020 10:31 | Very funny ?? | belfastboyo
08/12/2020 09:15 | Sorry to disappoint unmatingy but the 2 projects in TKGM and Hawiah/KSA are completely separate and not linked in any way...the TKGM deal is self contained purely (100%) to funding only Kefi Ethiopia (holding company for TKGM)...That said, hopefully TKGM closes before end 2020.Separately, the KSA new mining laws I believe offer up to 75% debt funding to development so Kefis contribution in equity should be 34% of 25% of the final nine Dec. | belfastboyo
08/12/2020 09:12 | Kefi’s half pregnant Belfastboyo ;-) | robjm66
08/12/2020 09:10 | You can't really say that your wife is "half pregnant" Rob...either there is important news to release to shareholders or there isn't...a "we are working on it" RNS tells us nothing concrete more...we must all just be patient and await the TKGM funding update news and take the great Hawiah news at face value I.e. we have a second growing major asset... | belfastboyo
08/12/2020 08:58 | They don't need to look to far as Artar (the Al Rashid family) are I think the 3rd richest family in KSA and they are our majority partner in Saudi ? Kefi op.But more likely is one of the majors will be very interested at some point as they need the assets/minerals and both Newmount and Barrick are engaged in both countries I believe.... | belfastboyo
08/12/2020 08:53 | Size is important but even more important is grade (the higher the better)...and this is a high grade mine and copper is at 5 year high and heading higher...these continued great results show we have a growing world class opportunity here in Hawiah, Jibal Q, and KSA generally...Our current market cap is a fraction of Assets and NPVs etc...next step TKGM final binding funding I hope before end of 202 | belfastboyo
08/12/2020 08:53 | hxxps://www.asktrade KEFI also extended the mineralisation down-dip by 260m in the Camp Lode on HWD-074. The first phase of the current drilling programme is focused on resource expansion at the Camp Lode, due to elevated average copper grades in this area of the deposit. KEFI intends to double the potential resources on the project, which could see its estimated after-tax NPV rise from $96 million to $362 million. | robjm66
08/12/2020 08:48 | Saudi is still looking massively to diversify away from oil and lots of rich investors so maybe one will buy the whole of KEFI! | scars
08/12/2020 08:46 | Great update, and shows we are far from a one trick pony, but would it really have killed them to have added a couple of lines' worth of update iro TK funding? | matthew stone
08/12/2020 08:45 | Resource getting bigger and will get bigger quicker with second rig, hunting feeder zone and after licence areas in January. Should have a stream of good news from Saudi now. | robjm66
08/12/2020 08:38 | They say size is everything in mining and proof that H is a lot bigger should go down well. Still feel the lack of confidence in Harry is the issue here. If, If, If he could only land some decent financing then that 10 bag is on the cards! | scars
08/12/2020 08:35 | hxxps://www.kefi-min Highlights KEFI Gold and Copper plc (“KEFI” or the “Company” • Further success with the ongoing 13,000m drilling programme • Current programme focused on increasing resource inventory through step-out drilling • 6 holes representing circa 3,600m of drilling now complete • HWD-073 encounters mineralisation at additional depth of 500m in the Central Zone • HWD-074 extends mineralisation down-dip by 260m in the Camp Lode • Inspection of intercepts suggest similar chalcopyrite mineralisation to previous drill holes • Assay results pending • Second rig now on site to accelerate the drill programme update, including details of all drill holes, will be provided as soon as practical after the programme is completed and all assays are received. However, the Company will also report any further material results during this drilling programme as they arise. Additional Exploration licences KEFI is pleased to note the recent developments of the Saudi Arabian mining laws and regulations, in- line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 strategy. The Company has been actively engaged with the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources (“DMMR”) to ensure that the previous exploration licences are processed once the new regulations come into effect from 1 January 2021. The issuance of the new regulations represents the end of a 5-year hiatus on the granting of exploration licences in the Kingdom, and marks the launch of an intended high-growth phase for the sector. To this end, KEFI is also actively pursuing additional ground within the Kingdom that meets with KEFI’s strategy of growing Gold & Minerals Limited (“G&M̶ | robjm66
08/12/2020 08:29 | I was reading that RNS and thinking to myself blimey that's deep to mining ore, then a quick research shows that the top ten mines in the world range from 2.2km to 3.8km hxxps://www.mining-t | katsy
08/12/2020 08:24 | “The drilling results to date show that the Hawiah deposit remains open at depth and to the south.” “this programme will also include infill drilling with a view of upgrading key areas of the resource to the indicated category so as to warrant mine planning and the estimation of an initial Ore Reserve.” “with further exploration of the surrounding area for a large stockwork zone or ‘feeder zone’ to the massive sulphides, which represents a separate and potentially even larger-scale target.” | robjm66
08/12/2020 08:22 | Excellent update this morning. Looking forward, not backwards! | philby1
