chopper,

I will offer a couple to be going on with:

!. THE eg should have introduced a high capacity mains electricity to the site. Various feeds from this will need to be constructed from this to various points on the site.

2. Kefi are responsible for the overseeing of the re-location program.

There are undoubtedly others, but that will hopefully negate some of your uncertainty.

Re post 2794: I'm struggling to think what "project-critical duties" there could possibly be at this present time.

And I'm wondering just how many expatriate staff not on "project-critical duties" there are that have been sent home and just what it is they "continue to work on remotely"?

This profligate madness, given KEFI's current financial and 'operational' circumstances, is the reason why we have to endure regular dilutive placings.

Not much faith from ANS,judging by their actions.

One of the reasons for "these wealthy Ethiopians to show faith in the project, proper faith," not happening could be that they read this bulletin board.

Jaylett, better:

"No-one that matters, with a view to investing, believes they will pay up".

Why Goatherd doesn't matter is beyond me, btw. He has been consistently wrong all along so, like Del Buy's stopped clock, he will be correct one fine day soon...

He conveniently forgets he has lost so much he himself has invested here. I haven't, which tends to make me think he is far from a genuine poster/investor. So from that standpoint he has indeed never mattered.

Nobody, unless they are deluded, can seriously believe that ANS will pay up this side of the CV-19 pandemic being resolved in most countries. So we have some more losses unless Harry can react in a way that closes down our ops until they do.

It shouldn't be a problem after 18 months or more for these wealthy Ethiopians to show faith in the project, proper faith, but it seems they do not have it.

I hope Goatie is keeping indoors.

No one that matters believes that they will pay up.

Thank you

Incidentally, from KEFI Q & A

"Update on Coronavirus in Ethiopia?
A. Ethiopia has reported its first handful of cases and has instituted tight social distancing restrictions for an initial 15 days.

KEFI/TKGM has sent expatriate staff home unless on project-critical duties. They continue to work remotely.

Posted 17 March 2020"

Is anyone saying that China is trying to get rid of it's aging population with a coronavirus bullet.

Heaven forbid.

Looks like the price of Gold is responding to the fact that there will be much less 'free' money swilling around, and, for the short term at least, cash is king. On the positive side, hopefully that situation will have resolved itself before Kefi starts actually producing.

The Chinese lab theory is a recycled social media story. People's faith in the integrity of official statements is rather touching. Whatever the truth (if they can comprehend that concept), they are making a bit of a habit of producing and spreading coronavirus variants.

Bob is another one who doesn't read.

I said he'd be right - Trump - to blame China. I'm just saying imagine the consequences if that is what he does do...

And whatever is fiscally, financially or otherwise wrong with the Euro, it has gained 10% against the pound - or rather perhaps the pound has lost amount against the euro - over the last three weeks.

Why? It seems to me the natural consequence of us being a little nation being squeezed by bigger trading blocs, just as predicted in the Brexit drama. And most probably because we are not coming forward with the fiscal packages the rest of Europe are managing, because, ultimately, we have only a small piggy bank compared with US and EU.

If we print our way out of it - the helicopter money I recommended over a week ago is now coming to the fore - we have less resources as a small country to cope, so markets are selling the pound. We then are seeing exactly what would have happened with 'no deal', and what could still on 31/12.

As the pound weakens we are more enfeebled as we require, especially now, massive imports to survive and we can't benefit very much by exporting anything we are still good at - like our financial sector.

As for Kefi, it is going to make money for the UK exchequer and so is a UK company. As much as I agree with all the other points about Aussies and such! If it succeeds (and we can show it is 'on the cusp') it will be a very good example of exactly what Boris and co., want the UK to be doing by gaining business overseas, away from the EU. And Saudi and Ethiopia are just the ticket, so any financial support in paying our bills as we await ANS is entirely justified.

But you are just a deramper, not an honest critic with 'skin in the game'...

Joking aside Think virus either escaped from the Chinese lab or was down to poor hygiene food practices at the Market both totally avoidable. If the Chinese government really thought anyone was behind it they would have done or said something long before now.

I think the fact that the Chinese had a virology lab researching corona-virus in Wuhan prior to the outbreak is a more compelling coincidence.

What a shame...we made an accurate forecast on Gold but a poor investment decision, which means we're nursing enormous losses when at this juncture we should be reaping enormous investment returns.

Kefi should be pouring gold by now, instead it's been shuffling PowerPoints for 10 years.

Management, management, management.

So Harry, cut Kefi Plc costs or get project level investment.

Get those 2p warrants away at the end of April and I'll call it quits for the shambles to date.

Just taking a look at Ethiopian news apparently they have four or five cases but three or 4 of them are from Japan so it's not actually really hit big in Ethiopia yet but the climate apparently should hold it back so the warmer it gets the harder for the virus to survive it does look like the prime minister has taken early action
