In African countries its not easy as some think. I remember i wrote a report many many years ago for my company. This was UK, getting the signitures was a nightmare , back and forwards and took almost 6 months.

What I keep asking myself is why are ANS so reluctant to commit any money to this project? If they were confident surely they would want to get things moving asap. Instead it's just delay after delay.

He must be convinced 100% that the projects are going to go forward this time?
Just not got the courage to buy until news drops since would be 7th top up.

Traders will likely to get out around 2p to 3p. So, hopefully some ii can start buying at that range to get this to 6p plus and upto 10p.

All the resolutions are very likely to pass. So, you can expect some huge volume days next week. The 9.5million likely will be paid up as the start date is JAN 2020. just a matter of days now. Volume will be huge as a lot are on sidelines awaiting confirmation.

Normal sized buys seem to be going through at c 1.28p. Personally, I cannot see this dropping much, if at all. If I were you, I wouldn't hang around much longer to top up, but it is, of course, your choice. Those big buyers are surely not fooling around, They, apparently, believe.

Why are you holding the General Meeting on 6 January 2020 in Australia?

There are several reasons why the Directors decided to hold this General Meeting in Australia. We have frequent meetings with shareholders in the UK but KEFI also has many shareholders in Australia and Cyprus who appreciate having the occasional meeting in those countries. More directors had already planned to be in Sydney than any other city on that day - so it is the least cost venue. Finally, voting by proxy is unaffected by the location of the meeting.

For what it is worth, I think your sipp being devoted to kefi, will prove to be a sound investment, though it seems you got your timing wrong. I executed a large averaging down exercise at c 0.7p, and this did wonders for my average. By that time, IMHO, it had become very apparent that both the company, and the EG, were committed to the opening of the mine. I have seen nothing to change that view, though the timing aspect has, admittedly, gone somewhat awry. Also IMHO, the starting gun will fire very shortly.
