EG need the $ and the project is far too lucrative for the parties involved for it to be ignored.
For Kefi a company maker and it`s a lth imho to gain the true value and rewards which will thus be forthcoming.

Think the get together went well though I did not attend up to those who did what they want to share and would not blame them if the did not want to share. After all whatever they say they are going to be attacked and their words twisted.

... I suspect that the ANS money will still take a few more weeks. In the meantime it is certain that on Monday the next 'issue of equity' RNS will arrive ... and a couple more after that
... The secret 'investor' will be doing well dummping as quick as his trigger finger can push the sell button .. :-)

At least this RNS doesn't give a deadline in the near, medium or far term in relation to ANS funding arriving, OR, issues another 25+ million shares to the 'secret benefactor'... so theres that.

These outstanding Government administrative arrangements had held up the closing of the Project equity investment past the originally foreseen date of 31 October 2019. Following receipt of this confirmation from the Ethiopian Government, the partners of the Project subsidiary, Tulu Kapi Gold Mines Share Company ("TKGM"), are now in a position to complete and sign final documentation relating to the shareholders' agreement and trigger subscription procedures for the Project equity capital.
EG have resolved the outstanding internal administrative hurdle.
Looks like lth`s will finally be rewarded for their patience.

KEFI Minerals (AIM: KEFI), the gold exploration and development company with projects in the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is pleased to report that it has received confirmation from the Ethiopian Government that they have now resolved the outstanding internal administrative arrangements with respect to the Company's Tulu Kapi Gold Project (the "Project"), as outlined in the Company's announcement on 29 October 2019.

These outstanding Government administrative arrangements had held up the closing of the Project equity investment past the originally foreseen date of 31 October 2019. Following receipt of this confirmation from the Ethiopian Government, the partners of the Project subsidiary, Tulu Kapi Gold Mines Share Company ("TKGM"), are now in a position to complete and sign final documentation relating to the shareholders' agreement and trigger subscription procedures for the Project equity capital. The community, contractors and other stakeholders will now also be asked to prepare for the commencement of Project development and the site and district security arrangements will continue to be checked and refined with all the authorities. Further announcements will be made in due course.
