Often feels like an institute on here. Maybe a few more women involved might have helped us all from getting systematically poorer - and that includes the Aussie "who hates losing money"...

Odds on next week bringing some ANS funds? 50/50 in view of the latest buzzword 'shortly'? And do the odds improve or decrease the longer we wait? It really is a piece of string we are guessing about the length of now, (and being dangled from), isn't it?

As for cookies, yummy, but I'd prefer millionaires shortbread à la Mary Berry, lol.

I wonder, could we get a TR1 at the end of today?

When Kefi was financed by Lanstead, It was the very same mechanic that drove the share price from 5.7p in April 2017 to under 3p in July of last year.

Quick Recap. Lanstead were given 84 million shares, a full quarter of the share base to finance Kefi from April 2017 to October 2018. They still hold 20 odd million according to both math & the Kefi website itself from 18th September 2019. So they swamped a market with, first off 2 odd million then ever rising quantities, over 15 months (not 18.. it got broken too badly at the end) to enable the shrinking share price to fund Kefi's needs. At that time, much reminiscent as now, the market struggled to eat up that 2+ million shares.

Here we are in November 2019 and in the last 6 weeks ( cannot over emphasize this.. so i'll repeat for effect) THE LAST 6 WEEKS the market has eaten 94 million shares. Even the newly published Kefi Quarterly report uses this to 'promote' Kefi that roughly 6 million shares trade each day through AIM/LSE, when days like wednesday (38 million) thursday (17 million) are the rule rather than the exception.

In all reality, IF ANS FUNDS arrive, how people can expect the share price to inflate beyond twice its current level is folly. AND that takes into account the NPV. Current Kefi share price of .71 and company value of £6m. ANS funds for TKGM are quoted as $11.4m (US Dollars not GB Pounds) and KEFI ONLY HAVE a 45% interest in TKGM.

Andy, Kefi's requirements for continuing funds via death spiral doesn't stop when the TK deal is finalised nor does it stop when ANS provide initial cash for TK. At best TK no longer requires funding from Kefi. I no longer have a view when cash is expect to flow in the other direction from TK to Kefi. So Kefi plc costs need ongoing funding, they indicate at a rate of £100Kpm + Kefi share of any Saudi exploration costs.

On the basis of your line of thinking, it is not in my interest to point this out to you as it might result in you not buying further or heaven forbid selling. However I am sure you would rather I did point this out. So why do it? clarity of status, maybe someone else can point out where I have missed something and therefore the Kefi plc financing needs are less or simply this is accurate.

Also this is not a Kefi promotional site, it's an investing/discussion board and therefore we should welcome the pro's and con's so we make more informed decisions.

If Goatie and others had not been so unrelenting supportive & blinded over the years, maybe this pattern of Kefi management would not be what it is.

Actual business progress will improve the share price, real progress not woolly words from HA. Equally us tapping characters into the advfn bullet board makes little to no difference, the entries are quickly lost/dated.

Sophism. noun. 'a fallacious argument, especially one used deliberately to deceive'.

That could actually be used to describe several, or almost all, of the scheduling RNS's released by Adams. Yes, yes, context is everything, black, white, grey replaced by yes, no, maybe.. Or in his case not yet, never achieved, beyond his capability even? Does that adequately describe your own 'grey' area?

In my case, kindly point out where, exactly, my mistaken belief (aka 'fallacious') is used to deliberately deceive?

Notice red rook that you do not deny the basic point that Churchill's motivation was to counter Russia hxxps://digitalarchive.wilsoncenter.org/document/116180 . That is perfectly inline with UK past historical political policy to have a balance of power in Europe while seeking most money through trade elsewhere not that I am suggesting bringing back the British empire even if Churchill at one time might have wanted to lol.

Easier to understand people if you understand their motivations example if someone just hangs around to trash a company...

Getting back to Kefi Harry has to walk a line between not letting anyone unpick things at the last minute while not upsetting anyone in Ethiopia.Probably maneuvering between local and government bureaucrats, ANS, regional and governmental politicians anyone who wants a slice of the pie.The manoeuvring tells me that everyone wants this to go ahead and expects it to, so it will get sorted.

Cannot see what else Harry could do apart from what he has done which is make it plain that's its all internal to the Ethiopian side while putting as much pressure as he can get away with to get things done.

Do not see the logic in people wanting to parachute someone in to replace Harry in the middle of all this would take them months just to get up to speed.

What a load of tosh. The constant death spiral finance has caused the share price slump. A few negative remarks by posters are hardly going to affect the share price to any great extent. Constantly flooding the market with millions of shares and failing to meet deadlines has caused this. The johnny come lately's haven't suffered the endless losses so all is rosy so far as they are concerned. I'm sick to the back teeth of losing nearly a thousand quid on an almost weekly basis since the funding benefactor has been left to play the market but will hang on until the end to see if the podgy git manages to pull it off.

Very well said Andy..
Considering where we, as long term shareholders, stand today this is tantalisingly close to where we want to be.
98% of all the hard work is done and we simply await some final administrative work from the EG. Public & Private deals can be complex in developed economies, let alone in emerging African countries.

A little more patience over a couple of weeks is nothing..
There is a lot of amateurish drivel on here.. posts about getting a group together to oust HAA etc. Total nonsense and desperation from those without vision and backbone.
We wait, we win and we move on to very exciting g times ahead..

I see my request for some optimism went unheeded. Pity. One thing to bear in mind though. All holders suffer when the share price falls. But not just because of that; we also suffer much higher dilution than would be the case with a higher share price. I totally get all the frustration. I have been negative on this on numerous occasions. But that negativity in itself will cause further falls in the share price which will then cause more moaning which will then cause...well, you get it. We know the 'big' rise won't come until the finance arrives. But until that day comes, perhaps we could do our bit to help a gentle rise by showing some optimism. And if we can't do that, we can always say nothing. Is that giving Harry a free pass? Absolutely not. But nothing you say here will hurt Harry. So perhaps frustration can be vented directly at him instead. Remember, a share rises on optimism. It is only sentiment that makes share prices go up and down. Andy

It seems that it escaped your notice, that I used the words 'nominally', and 'effectively', and with specific reference to funding. If you do not understand the meaning of those words, and it seems you do not from your comments, I will try to rephrase it to something simpler.
