11/3/2024 16:27 | The avatar has been busy moderating posts left, right and centre today, whilst adding the grand total of zero himself. This latest cash call appears to have hit the avatar particularly hard. | james japp
11/3/2024 15:54 | The laggard of the major curriences' pricing in gold, the CHF has decisively broken out. Major uplift in the making. | keelhauled
11/3/2024 14:46 | Anyway back to reality, Scratch 234, scratch 234, scratch 234 | fart_conductor
11/3/2024 14:38 | Newmont is in Tigray as is Sunpeak Metals and then there is Akobo minerals that’s in addition to Allied and Kefi. A few years ago there were very few international miners in Saudi now you have a couple of dozen miners fighting over every licence area. However kefi got in early and now have a big exploration portfolio there and Saudi is maybe the best place in the world to have mining project if you can get your foot in the door. | robjm66
11/3/2024 14:14 | Obviously not content with billions more shares and little actual deals in our part of Ethiopia/Africa so instead moderates for fun. Clearly the moderator has nothing to say on any of that. Maybe he's an agent for ADVFN and is trying to drum up blue poster business. It really is so petty to worry about small talk Goatie when it is clear this is even more of a busted flush and your reaction simply underlines the fact. I did included Saudi as hardly anything to anticipate soon a couple of weeks ago Ham. Remember when it was a toss up between which of TK and JQ would be underway first in 2022? No sign of either really, despite assurances to the contrary ever since. | topicel
11/3/2024 13:55 | Said by the Ethiopian ambassador to Canada no less! Men in suits of this stature, welcoming the interest shown in their country, is a proverbial slap down to anyone who had the audacity to question Kefi's achievements in Ethiopia. Read it again naysayers and acknowledge the de-risking. Thank you rob66 | dead duck resources
11/3/2024 13:28 | Re: 4857....exactly Allied Gold...and not BHP, Rio Tinto, and flying slightly lower, Centerra, Newmont, Barrick, Kinross... I suspect that the so called "First Mover Advantage" in Ethiopia should be rebranded "First Mover Handycap"...and if we put on the plate that KEFI began drilling at JQ in 2011...also Saudi Arabia is not for the faint hearted | ham1
11/3/2024 13:10 | Sells continue to outweigh buys (8M non cat), Mid lowered, so indicates that shorts are winning! Await comment from the all knowing robj, no longer quoting TW direct but from another source. Ye olde £10M legal threat works well. | dudishes
11/3/2024 13:09 | It's more baffling than that, as it is plain obvious we are in the state of Florida and on a coach to Disney, by the recent Bank approval etc, | fart_conductor
11/3/2024 12:45 | Or perhaps spending 10k in the belief that you had booked a trip of a lifetime to Disney world for you kids only to find out the tickets are actually for the Glasgow Willy Wonka experience. | james japp
11/3/2024 12:45 | Think it had more to do with sentiment rather than logic. | robjm66
11/3/2024 12:42 | The problem is that as any hillwalker will tell you, every time you crest a summit another yet higher summit looms into view in front of you. | monte1
11/3/2024 12:27 | FC those that wanted to sell and those that wanted to buy made their move last week hence the drop of in volume today. The people that are on the fence are waiting for news. | robjm66
11/3/2024 11:52 | Tell me, how did they raise £5m at 0.6p in 36 hrs through an avalanche of investors, yet now can't get a man and his dog to buy at 0.56, and just who and how is anyone positioned to sell, Something STINKS | fart_conductor
11/3/2024 11:51 | 4856 Oh dear. | james japp
11/3/2024 11:50 | "Does nobody do business in Africa/Ethiopia? Ever? I think not." Topical the twitter link said "Thank you, Peter Marrone, CEO of Allied Gold, for your inspiring presentation & testimony at the Mine Africa Seminar in Toronto. Your leadership in the 500 million USD gold mining investment in #Ethiopia is commendable. Ethiopia warmly welcomes investors in the mining sector." Fitsum Arega Ambassador of #Ethiopia to Canada. | robjm66
11/3/2024 11:05 | Wise words. Patience is required to reach an advantageous conclusion. keelhauled 20 Feb '18 - 23:41 - 54043 of 64343 It's all about patience, and patience has a totally different meaning when working in Africa. The deal can only be considered done when the money's in the bank. Forget everything else. It's a lot, lot harder in Africa to get things done. My view is that Harry and his team are doing an excellent job, considering the natural friction of working in these territories, and not forgetting that our sector is currently still out of favour. IMHO there's every indication that Harry will wrap it all up and bring all parties, in time, to an advantageous conclusion. | jaylett
11/3/2024 11:02 | Sells 4:1. Maybe those that followed Tim's advice at 6p, jumping ship to avoid further losses? | dudishes
11/3/2024 10:56 | I suspect I am not the only avatar to have noted that the avatar keelhauled has posted 203 times, of which ALL are on Kefi threads. | james japp |
