01/9/2021 14:25 | Sorry Topical but can we put the old “there are no photographs” argument to bed. hxxps://www.kefi-min Slide 8 Site visit minister of mines, community representatives, loca Slide 10 11 Hawiah Slide 12 inspecting water supply, weekly volleyball match, maintaining the garden nursery TK Slide 24 two drilling rigs at camp lode Hawiah What do people want a photo of Harry being made a honorary local chieftain or him sweeping majestically by the drilling rigs at hawiah Lawrence of Arabia style. | robjm66
01/9/2021 14:01 | Tops, Because if I am not given something which I would like to see; I have lump it (and don't complain as that is not my way), or perhaps try to do something about it. Harry has said there are security issues in publishing photographs - you you disagree about that? | goatherd
01/9/2021 14:01 | I'll say it again - why would we be looking at satellite images? It beggars belief and only adds to the suspicion. You can look for hours and unless you know where the new lands are then what good will it do you? This has been the simplest of jobs for Harry and co. They last spent some money on good publicity that counts - not rehashed presentations and webinar fees - when his daughter (probably on a paid scholarship) put together a newsletter for the locals about TK developments in 2018. There was no follow-up issue that I'm aware about. Topicel | topicel
01/9/2021 13:56 | Goatie - wouldn't know where to begin with satellite photo access and the rest. Would you enlighten me? We're looking for houses that are being - have been even, lol - built somewhere, but we've no idea where. That is the extent of my knowledge thanks to being a mushroom and our great leader not telling us the truth about the relocations for four years. Yes, four years. But you still hang on his every word it seems and are happy to try and discover things that any normal outfit looking for positive spin would have on its website regularly. Namely, the key infrastructure progress works going ahead at pace and the building and relocating of the locals. Estseon and I agree that there is no market credibility in Kefi because nothing is ever underway, despite unending promises. Why would you want the market to go look for the signs of progress when the company should be presenting it as a matter of good PR? My bet is nothing has happened, but it has been triggered...and I hope that isn't read by would-be investors as a negative ;) Topicel | topicel

01/9/2021 12:39 | Further to my last post I am in touch with a suitable service, but I need the latitude and longitude of TK. It seems there are special facilities for looking at roads; so we might at least see how the Government is getting on. Can anyone help, please? | goatherd
01/9/2021 12:29 | The presentation looks interesting and informative. I look forward to a read through later when I've more time | rich1e
01/9/2021 12:28 | Topicel, I don't know if it was you I replied to, but I did suggest that anyone wanting photographs could access satellite scans of the area. If it was you, did you ever try it? | goatherd
01/9/2021 12:23 | Inflation comes in many forms, the reduction in package sizes, quantities, weights etc., has long been a sneaky way for businesses to hide it. Do the bean counters include that? Of course not, nor the very relevant large living expenses that really do add up such as rent rises, gas/electric and similar. The CPI is the CP-lie I've heard it called. Blooming right it has been much higher than the governments claim for years. I hope your inflation-busting target for our own SP-lie comes about Est. 6-8p will do very nicely but, like you say, there is no credibility in anything from the company as far as the wider market is concerned. Those that, unlike us mushrooms, will know what is happening and will move the valuation when and if TK gets going. That presentation about settlement is what he said, pretty much, about October 2017! Some proper publicity photos of happy locals being handed the keys to their new abodes would impress me more than another 'triggered'... Topicel | topicel
01/9/2021 12:19 | etseon if the share price should normalise at 6-8p this year but our man down under has set his golden reward at 3p. Surely a more challenging 7p would be more acceptable when triggering the first tranche of his xmas box? Meanwhile he reluctantly pulls in 30k a month for delivering presentations and not much else so far. | digger2779
01/9/2021 11:00 | The company needs to win market credibility. If/when it does, the price will normalise. 6-8p should be possible this year with up to a 40% increase for the near satellite deposits next year and amortisation of the discount on NPV as stages of development are reached. Gold seems to have tested its lower resistance level. Governments are denying inflation but prices are increasing and there is upward pressure on wage rates. There seems to be limited prospect of economic boom any time soon and, so, interest rates are likely to remain at low levels resulting in negative real rates, which are generally good for the gold price. COP26 is likely to add to inflationary pressures as developed world governments will throw money at energy-saving initiatives and will probably load the price of energy, which will add upward pressure to the cost base of most produce, products and services. | estseon

31/8/2021 19:12 | feverYou are not a prolific poster so will not be vilified, like me, as a serial Harry basher. I could not agree more with your post. I believe that Harry will get his first bonus if Kefi receives just 20 million pounds in funding in 2021 & the shares stay above 3p for a short period. He had to be dragged shouting & screaming to include the price target. | taxlosstone

31/8/2021 16:11 | topical, Yes, but paper profit only, at this time, of course. No inkling, just think the mine will open, even though it be eventually. I am, by nature, very optimistic and very patient. | scrappycat

31/8/2021 15:30 | Like you Katsy one sees the game being played by Harry for what it is. The value destruction wrought by him has been absolutely epic and shows no signs of waning. Meanwhile, he continually punts the empty can down the dry wadi whilst taking his considerable monthly consulting fee. Lost count of the number of times he has said we're on the cusp of getting the money in. If he had any credibility, it is long gone, most notably after the ludicrous attempt to reward himself and the CFO bonuses for effectively doing the job they are paid to do. | fevertreeman
