mlangton, any drop would be down to the company fundamentals. If there was any advantage to having billions of share in issue and tiny sp's ftse companies would be doing reverse consolidations. I'd posted yesterday tea time from the RNS, to me it looks like interest in funding has increased.

The problem here tho Rich is that we had a consolidation before, 17 for one, then the price dropped to its pre consolidation price. The equivalent in your example of the new share price of a quid dropping to around 6p. Then again the share price will always go to the level that prospective buyers are prepared to pay.

Nothing wrong with a share consolidation for serious investors. You've still got the same share of the company and if a £40M market cap is going to become £400M it will do so whether the share price is 2p or £1.

Problem is that Kefi are a small non entity with no discernible assets or money,plenty of guff.The SA news was to deflect this debacle,it didn't work,the cap will be going around again shortly,then soon after shareholders will be diluted out of it in a share consolidation,there will be 10 billion shares in the company before they get anything out of the ground.

And better yet buy more shares and screw your own investment up - out of spite and just for the fun of it. anyway its always nice to have a whinge about the guy at the top but truth be told long term holders here aside from a few dont really whinge about the management or certainly not just ONE guy in near enough a third of a billion dollar investment. And as much as we hate to admit it their something right because as a pint of fact only 70 junior mining companies out of 2000 get to this point.... so there is that.

If has failed 100% because of management! They don't care ENOUGH. NOW, I can and will buy more to make sure some resolutions won't pass in June. There are a few hefty investors here I know and I think we can swing it. Kefi beware.....
