23/2/2021 11:45 | Nice to see KEFI are hiring full time employees for the imminent requirements - now this really is a good sign - both HR and finance https://www.advance- | riotinted_specs
23/2/2021 11:41 | Volume today is comparatively low, MMs might start to see the difficulty in keeping prices so very low. Looks like holders are unwilling to bite. I hope this translates into stronger holding shareholders overall. Personally, I am not taking anything off the table until at least 25p | riotinted_specs
23/2/2021 11:32 | As per the last ppt on the Kefi website...slide 4...the finance closure is for TKGM a subsidiary of Kefi Plc...and the expected to comprise of c221m + facility headroom (60/40 split senior debt/equity) c80m USD equity split $20m EG gov. & $60m sub. Debt local multinational & intl.metals outtake finance...with possible other local investors....if local investors join in Kefi Plc min 65% if not 75% to 80% | belfastboyo
23/2/2021 11:24 | mesb48 - The local investors as I understand it would be investing in TKGM - not Kefi. If they do not invest, the expectation from Harry is that the other financiers, offtakers etc are happy to pick-up the shortfall - in what proportion is yet to be determined. Or so we are told. | unionhall
23/2/2021 11:18 | ".....How much equity are Kefi actually expected to have to raise? Numbers are not very clear from the recent update RNS. $60M minus offtake up-front payments? In which case perhaps only $30-40M? Still that's quite a lot of extra shares at 2p..." cyberbub, I think you are misunderstanding the financing situation. All the funds being raised at the moment are for TKGM a subsidiary of Kefi Minerals. There are no plans to issue shares in Kefi (at 2p or any other number) at the moment. Kefi has made advances(loans) to TMGM and it seems probable that these loans would be repaid once TKGM receives the financing funds thus providing Kefi Minerals with sufficient funds for the some (indeterminate) time. That is not to say there will not be a placing in Kefi for administration costs - but at the moment at any rate not for capex. AIMHO | unionhall
23/2/2021 11:09 | It opens up every day bashmore before pulling back. Just as a rising share price will attract buyers so a falling share price will put them off. The mm's are matching buyers and sellers, they know the crowd that they're playing to. I'm happy if they've all the buyers that they need. | rich1e
23/2/2021 10:47 | It appears to be doing the raise it up high on the open and reduce back to 1.99p for the rest of the day. There was nothing to really make it go up 8% and nothing to make it go down either. The spread has just been ridiculous. We've had those £100k+ orders appear in the trades around 5:30pm and they would have spiked it above 3p if they were coming in split up in the day. Looking at the trades going through its not really correlating with the SP, we've had more buy vol vs sell every day for the past couple of weeks. The only explanation is someone isn't finished accumulating and its being held down, it used to be you had disguise the manipulation, these days its very brazen. Anyway its looking bullish, exciting next few weeks. (@richsmithsmith the one 500,000 I can see is only £10k) | bashmore
23/2/2021 10:23 | If news lands, at 4p how many of the swarms of new posters here are going to be sentimental about Harry. None. Why are they here? Rising share price | rich1e
23/2/2021 10:16 | Sentiment is a big part, if it wasn't posters wouldn't spend time trying to influence it. Along with fear and greed. But the key to share price movement here is low volumes. | rich1e
23/2/2021 10:04 | Have you heard of things going up and down just on sentiment? | christopher logsdon
23/2/2021 09:55 | Seen some 500k buys at/around 2p. Someone's loading up... | richsmithsmith
23/2/2021 09:55 | chopper I agree, but I say if the mm's had kept this moving up slowly this morning, a little bit at a time, say 2.2p by lunch, a close at say 2.22 traders would be all over it tomorrow, a sudden mood change. And so I agree about Harry but recent history proves it can go up 50% in a day Harry or no Harry. At least we know the mm's aren't keen to offload. | rich1e
23/2/2021 09:44 | I wonder if there is still a big buyer out there at 2p. I have yet to see a gigantic single trade amount as a line item in the trade history | riotinted_specs
23/2/2021 09:44 | Rich1e (9907), Maybe because there have been too many false dawns up until now and the markets have become wise to Harry and his funding deadlines? | chopper harris1
23/2/2021 09:42 | Hi Cyberhub costs are low with AISC at 800 USD. Also KEFI will own between 65-85% of the mine not the whole thing. FYI production ramps up in the third year of the mine opening production will increase to 190k ozs. One might say how on earth is the market cap 40m right now. Phenomenal opportunity here right now. | riotinted_specs
23/2/2021 09:37 | With the current behaviour of the Market Makers this is definitely not a time to have a stop loss. | riotinted_specs
23/2/2021 08:59 | It didn't need the deal signed to touch 3p in the Autumn, why would it need it now? | rich1e
23/2/2021 08:46 | Yeah when they signed the deal | christopher logsdon
23/2/2021 08:45 | A couple more turns and that spring is fully compressed | rich1e
23/2/2021 08:39 | They start it high and walk it down everyday, probably to put day traders off, that's all it takes. But signs are it's slowly getting away from them. 2.3p by the weekend, with no news wouldn't be a surprise. | rich1e
23/2/2021 08:37 | Very interesting that it keeps getting knocked back to 2p | scars
23/2/2021 08:35 | Can't keep the bid down for too long ;0) | pennstreet
23/2/2021 08:19 | They're messing about something rotten! Tiny sale at 2.10 and they drop the bid all the way to 1.935...... stop loss fishing? Or what? | shortarm
23/2/2021 08:11 | Have we turned that corner? | rich1e |
