Harry obliviously does not want local investor but thinks its “politic”; to offer the option interesting that a local subsidiary of one of the big companies involved was counted as local. Certainty made it clear that anyhow the issue will not be allowed to hold things up and money can be covered from several sources.

Harry would look rather foolish now if the deal wasn't closed in March. So the only outstanding issue is whether KEFI own 65% or 80% of the project depending if they get a local investor or not. Well that's how I understood it.

Sorry as usual for poor spelling and grammar and anything missed. Amazingly a BRR webinar where Harry did not put his foot in it. Guess with TW interview pitch battle and this one its a hat trick for harry. Still looks like TK will have its breakthrough in March consortium happy even after trouble in Tigray (details on security in TW interview).

As for Hawiah expect it to get bigger and bigger with a stream of good news plus Kefi expects other areas in which could be just as big which could drop anytime.

Approaches KSA to talk about buyout? KSA not approached for take over but approached for “other things” ARTAR would have main influence over any approach for individual prospects. ARTAR want Kefi to keep up they want to go for it they are a big company.

Exploration in KSA? JQ.. other targets heap leach as well..Hawiah VMS targets in area…near surface targets as well as minerals in depth could easily be ten time TK just in two project areas… applied for six in total..

Takeover much rather reward shareholders..may become target after kefi done hard work big boys will open file after further progress cannot control these things. Share price manipulated down? Big turn over of stock big turn over of stock harry not a share trader.
Harry future roll?… Will stand back a bit on next stage (construction) next generation of leaders over next three years…other people driving in the future..

They're going round in circles now, that's enough for me. He did well and explained things a lot better than he has previously. He was also about as definitive as he could be around financing for TK. End of March, it's done.

JQ when will we get it?…Portal open…mining opening up.. next month or two should get clarity on JQ…how quick to produce from JQ qold be quick process could be fast tracked 18 months to production. Saudi permitting will kefi get all the licences applied for kefi good relationship KSA unpredictable but kefi respected. Timetable licence being looked at now expected new areas within months.

Edit extra areas applied for kefi gone hard at it project areas have multiple targets.

Edit 2 Hawiah could be a lot bigger than people even expect but will start digging before fully explored

Past dilution in KSA…made sense at the time now see Hawiah a lot bigger….Hawiah copper gold zine silver..progress reports on drilling and re3coveryabilty tonnage and so on..
Finance for Hawiah…Early but large investor there (ARTAR)… good standing in KSA 75 percent debt 25 percent equity local investor already interested will dwarf TK.

Phasing we maybe understood but the kit homes and then bigger ones built around/after and the preparing/cultivating the new lands is all things he should have indicated before...

Homes? Kit..starter homes.. better than present homes..roads being built..new land cultivated once in a life time opportunity for them. Delay to production? Phased move no delay to schedule people moved in stages to fit in with schedule.

What impact troubles in Ethiopia Harry worried in December but kefi seen it all systems in place with security military command centre near sites syndicate blooded so know risks and not put off not “precious petals” (more detail in TW interview on security).
