New areas in Ethiopia month after contracts signed walk up drill targets..which particular drill targets decision which one first. Sub ordinated debt invest or identity of Edit big investors/companies? Deal improved and identity of big companies will be revealed. New Local investor? Sub subsidiary of big company counted as local investor will reach out final deal take it or leave it sing up in march.. so people cannot say we did not give them the opportunity.

Numbers tweaked company has flexibility.

Finance plan percentage ownership? 300 complete package… breakdown of numbers… final numbers being signed off final pack being resolved last piece 20 30 million dollars..local investors invited but not ANS and but no negotiation 65 to 80 percent then check everyone happy.

If funding not resolved by march? Kefi trail blazer 20 foreign companies.. would be a shock do not expect it to not to close..would be a “weird thing” its going ahead. Golden moment support from countries gold price this is the “moment”.

Clear that nothing material with TK will happen in February, but he sounds absolutely certain that it all kicks off in March or thereabouts. He actually said the words "100% certain".

That will do for me. If I can't take the head of the company at his word when he speaks that frankly, then more fool me for investing here.

First funds? Investors putting up 300 million they are serious far in excess of market cap after closing in march end.

All met in December did not meet for a holiday they are enthusiastic. Missed deadlines certainly of closing in march?….states of emergency before but consortium members still enthusiastic after Tigray conflict because they want to go ahead.

All agreed to close by/in December. Mines and money pitch battle no one fallen out. Details on big companies involved they are not concerned with day to day share price of kefi they are just cautious.

Start. Start large investors why not knocking the door down with three projects undervalued shareprice… harry bigger investors will come along with bigger market cap.

Takeover of company take over safe guards? Freely trade stock 30 have to buy out other shareholders.

I don't know whether anyone else has noticed, but since the start of January, KEFI's trading pattern seems to have changed quite some, especially last week and today lots more interest imo.

Obviously there will not be any price sensitive news but after watching the TW interview last night I would expect Harry to be very positive today, well as positive as Harry ever sounds! It should be good.
