30/10/2019 12:17 | daftBat, As I said before SharePad have already taken that into account. And, if they hadn't, the numbers of shares would be even higher. | goatherd
30/10/2019 12:11 | Bluesbeater's post 62,124 deserves re-reading, especially the extract from the Quarterly Update RNS today: " TKGM projected economic statistics have improved markedly with the increased gold price, as announced on 8 April 2019: -- TKGM's NPV at today's gold price of approximately $1,500/oz and applying an 8% discount rate, is GBP167 million (US$212 million) at start of construction and GBP239 million (US$303 million) at start of production; -- The NPV of KEFI's planned 45% beneficial interest ranges between a low of GBP41 million (US$52 million) at US$1,300/oz at start of construction this year and a high of GBP108 million (US$137 million) at US$1,500/oz at start of production in 2021 i.e. within the range of 6 to 17 times the current market capitalisation of the Company of c.GBP6 million (US$8 million); and -- These figures ignore the underground deposit and exploration assets." The current m/cap is in fact £5.4m. The disparity is so great that when finance arrives and triggers the construction phase the likelihood of an EUA type revaluation towards the stated range for Kefi's 45% of just TKGM's base project of between £41m and a current gold price of £108m is stark. Simplistically that implies an share price of 4p to 10p. And all without the additional TK projects that we have full beneficial interest in - save perhaps the 5% Government carry. The moment 'shortly' becomes 'money in the bank' this will finally be, dare I say it, a little gold mine! The number of times we've said all of this before are numerous, but there must be immense pressure on the internal 'issues' within the Ethiopian departments to stop stalling this time... 100% of nothing is still nothing guys. 30/10/2019 11:52 | Tops, Well done, you have proved your 14m point. But I think I have proved my figures of his total purchases (I had missed the "transfers out" point - which showed as positive, so I turned it to negative). So now we should try and find out why there is a discrepancy. Any help would be welcome. Perhaps you would withdraw your remark that I "make things up as I go along"; and also that I am "on the payroll"? Both I find offensive - perhaps libelous, indeed. And you do not have a shadow of evidence for either. | goatherd

30/10/2019 11:17 | 'EUA went on, as they often do first thing, to 4p from 0.5p Friday. Harry actually convinces someone at ANS to turn 'shortly' into 'paid' and we could see the same on basic valuation metrics alone.' There certainly seems to be an increasing euphoria creeping into smaller resource shares. PREM also 6-bagged within a week or so and that's a company which, in terms of keeping to a schedule, makes Kefi look like a Tokyo train driver. No doubt when this is triggered we would be flavour of the month. | cl2201

30/10/2019 09:07 | EUA went on, as they often do first thing, to 4p from 0.5p Friday. Harry actually convinces someone at ANS to turn 'shortly' into 'paid' and we could see the same on basic valuation metrics alone. Perhaps the EUA sellers could do worse then come here with some of their profits...? Topicel | topicel
30/10/2019 07:58 | To my mind things should lift dramatically, within a short while this administrative hiccup has to pass. Anyone picked any reporting in the Ethiopian Press?? "TKGM's NPV at today's gold price of approximately $1,500/oz and applying an 8% discount rate, is GBP167 million (US$212 million) at start of construction and GBP239 million (US$303 million) at start of production; -- The NPV of KEFI's planned 45% beneficial interest ranges between a low of GBP41 million (US$52 million) at US$1,300/oz at start of construction this year and a high of GBP108 million (US$137 million) at US$1,500/oz at start of production in 2021 i.e. within the range of 6 to 17 times the current market capitalisation of the Company of c.GBP6 million (US$8 million); and -- These figures ignore the underground deposit and exploration assets. " That's just TK Doesnt include Saudi Goodness this could be 20 bagger at production and once the loan is cleared.... sky's the limit | bluesbeater
30/10/2019 07:30 | Yep my mistake so I`ve removed the post | whatnow1
30/10/2019 07:27 | Whatnow1, we knew there was an update coming today, they told us in yesterday’s RNS | daftbat
30/10/2019 07:00 | Tops is 100% correct in his last post and that HAA`s holding now "Mr. Anagnostaras-Adams and his wife beneficially hold 14,169,787 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.08% of the issued share capital of the Company. If he`s ploughed in anywhere near £915k for those then he needs a epic rebound in the share price just to get level, let alone in profit. | whatnow1
30/10/2019 04:04 | What's the alternative? Kefi suing the EG? Good luck with that one. | divmad
29/10/2019 21:30 | It seems to me that Harry is looking to the long term with optimism. I bought after Harry's last purchase and again today. I'd have 10 times the shares I own if I bought all today. However, in for the long haul and it really looks like the.last hurdle before the start line approaches. | bluesbeater
29/10/2019 20:02 | No idea, give us a clue. | neilng
29/10/2019 19:32 | Bottom line is that HAA has a serious chunk of money invested. His wage package might be large, but I'm sure he is trying his level best to get this project over the line. | whatnow1
29/10/2019 19:11 | Hard to tell how many shares harry has as you would have to add in all the shares he has got instead of wages. The point though is he has a substantial chunk. | robjm66
29/10/2019 18:58 | How many more Loan provider RNSs will there be before ANS starts to fund the project? | divmad
29/10/2019 18:27 | Goatherd just makes it up as he goes along daftbat, because he's on the 'payroll' in some form or other, there is no other explanation for his defence of HAA all these years. Even the bunker in 1945 had more than one occupant, so there is no accounting for taste as to whom you trust and rely upon to defend. It isn't important to go through what Goatherd says (and others) over the years as it is Harry who should carry the can, but the link will be there if it comes to it scrutiny. Goatie, just give it up and await the good news 'shortly'. Topicel | topicel |
