28/10/2019 16:45 | I have totted up all the purchases of shares Harry has reported to have made since 2014. He was not reported to have made any sales. The total is 95,422,889, at a cost of £926,378, or 0.9708p. each Source:- SharePad Director's dealings. I feel that is called "having some skin in the game"! | goatherd
28/10/2019 16:43 | and to think HAA got annoyed at the so called finance being called "death spiral". So much for him being a genius at raising finance, when he can't even fathom or appreciate how dsf's operate. | delta0091
28/10/2019 16:42 | taxlosstone, Given the recent news, it does seem that funding is imminent. If this proves to be the case, Harry et al will no doubt be very busy. I cant imagine that answering questions from an individual would prove to be high on his priority list, and I certainly hope this is so. | scrappycat
28/10/2019 16:29 | I have submitted 7 questions for Harry so far & they are still coming to mind thick & fast? Hopefully he will address each & every one of them. ;-) | taxlosstone
28/10/2019 16:24 | The minister for mines made a statement on twitter yesterday about country unity and being open for business. | richsmithsmith

28/10/2019 16:21 | Looks like some of the article was put together in September but sat on till now which is interesting timing wise. | robjm66
28/10/2019 16:02 | The link above is dated today and has HAA quoted in it. | whatnow1
28/10/2019 16:01 | PJJ17, IMO you are far too presumptive. I am a LTH and I hope, even expect, to make a significant return on my investment. There is a decent amount of Gold, in them there hills. That hasn't been eroded away, even if the share-price has. What we need is KEFI to start extracting it, and maybe this time we will be lucky. As is evident, I am an optimist. Life is too short for pessimism, and I can live with disappointment. | scrappycat
28/10/2019 15:22 | how many more forward sell dilutions can a small aim stock take.... harry has caused this slump to fractions of a penny.. and all these confetti dilutions have just transferred away any hope of a return to LTHs.... the bucket shop brokers and boiler shop working capital providers (along with Harry) have made some decent money though... hey ho.. lets find the gold at the end of the rainbow... | pjj71
28/10/2019 15:12 | This would be a good start. | thedickster
28/10/2019 15:09 | I'm catching up here and taking more of an interest as it is coming to a head now, the financing rounds have been painful to watch and hold, but HAA has held it together and just about kept the lights on with some pretty special funding solutions, the final slicing of the pie is looking a lot different to what it was 5 years ago, but these are the risks we take.. Friday is going to get interesting on the ANS RNS.. | laurence llewelyn binliner
28/10/2019 15:04 | I wonder which questions he will be prepared to answer? | digger2779
28/10/2019 15:02 | Its vague and woolley in my mind but at one of the financial records from 18 or 19 it was stated that HAA & his wife held over 25m shares in 2 accounts, some sort of directors dealing statement was made as he shuffled them around (probably for tax purposes but don;t quote me). But even so.. 400k from 5+ years ago would have been a nice tidy sum. Into Kefi BEFORE the 17 for 1 consolidation though.. So not much juice to be had there. He HAS been on 370k a year wages 18 and 19 though. Prior to that (even more vague and wooley it was 320k in the 17 financial statement for 16 or thereabouts). I've been 'in this game' since March/April 2017 and my wadge is struggling to make a splinter today. If my PF has been shredded this much its small consolation that HAA's equivalencies have been mutilated more. But I'm just old and bitter. Pay me no heed. | cybaajak
28/10/2019 14:46 | Thanks cl2201/Rich for the info and LLB c£400k is not to be sniffed at so he does have serious skin in the game and thus needs Kefi to succeed. | whatnow1
28/10/2019 14:44 | Re: webinar. At the end of the RNS 23rd Sept. Investor Webinar -- The Company will host its live quarterly webinar at 2pm London time on 30 October 2019 which will be accessed via: www.brrmedia.co.uk -- Listeners are encouraged to submit questions by emailing:questions@b | richsmithsmith
28/10/2019 14:39 | #cybaajack, it is the lack of 3% TR1 holding that triggered my Q.., as our lender must be selling or forward selling their converted stock that they are getting at 10% below VWAP each time, or it might even be 10% lower than the lowest price for the week, I was unclear how this 05.08.2019 extra special piece of financing was structured, compared to the Lanstead deal which made me shudder at the time..! HAA does have c£400K of his own skin in KEFI from a few years back when he moved over from EMED, so bringing it all together is pretty high on his list of priorities, although he has had this back in salary terms many times over since.. The clock is ticking, the fat lady is warming up on Strepsils, while half way down the plank .. :o) | laurence llewelyn binliner
28/10/2019 14:38 | @Whatnow1 - this was stated in the Interims RNS on 23rd September: the quarterly webinar will be held at 2pm London time on 30 October 2019. Expect the Q3 Operational Update morning of 30th. | cl2201
28/10/2019 14:32 | Hi cybaajak, Ausdrill have not been dropped, it’s just the way Tops has worded it | bostanli
28/10/2019 14:22 | Tops if BigBear2 on lse who wrote "Conference call on 30th"Wednesday is correct we may get a prelude to what Thursday may bring.Hopefully we might all be put out of our misery one way or the other. For me it will destroy my PF if the monies don`t arrive. No point worrying now. Too old and too late lol | whatnow1
28/10/2019 14:21 | where is all this working capital loan shark money going??? entertaining our would be ANS investors??? no wonder they are keeping their wallets shut.... Harry has certainly destroyed any hope of LTHs ever getting a fraction of their money back... shocking | pjj71 |
