More fundamentals. If you’re going to invest in gold explorers/developers in Africa, which will take decades to reach production, personally I would choose a listing jurisdiction where capital markets are bountiful and liquid, and where assets are efficiently priced, taking account of prospective cashflow and risk. Choose from the NYSE, TSX or ASX. But AIM is hardly the best choice!! |
think i will get some more in the .4's bring my average down to .52 |
Agreed, producers only for me from now on. Just glad this was a small punt at a low price. Just hold it on the off chance TK ever gets funded. |
Brutal. If the market actually believed this was the last dilution, the placing price would have been an effective floor. Instead, capitulation. And thanks for the ban, goatherd. You obviously can't handle the truth. |
It’s totally unreasonable to expect Directors to be honest and admit that a placing is imminent, it would obviously destroy the placing price even more. (The ASX gets round this by forcing the company into a protracted trading halt, before the need for a capital raise is self evident. The UK should do the same.) Given it’s a prospective gold mine in Ethiopia, there are going to be very few projects with a longer gestation period. Who knows how many more capital raisings will be needed, it should hardly come as a surprise to anyone when they appear. Personally I would think investing in cash generating gold mines is the best way to profit from a high gold price. |
Placing at 0.55 yet you can buy at 0.51 in the open market |
I'm in ;-)
GLA SR |
If HA was a trustworthy guy this would represent a great entry level or top up opportunity, unfortunately he isn't so KEFI won't get a penny more of my money. Show us the Beef Harry ! Deliver TK funding in the next 4 weeks. |
Looking very much like VAST...we don't need no placin'...
...until we do. |
Looks like we're heading for an all time low |
There we go, the share price plummets below the placing price. Quelle surprise! Nice one Harry you @%£# ! |
To be honest the discount isn't that bad considering the spike just before it's just frustrating HA has done it again and brought out the confetti machine. The share has been between 0.55p and 0.6p for large parts of the year. It beggars belief that HA claimed the increased TK funding would save diluting shareholders and then does this. |
I have only been in here a year or so and to be honest it was a small purchase as a complete punt but it does have all the hallmarks of so many other AIM lifestyle companies promising Jam tomorrow. This was the last AIM share that I bought before I promised myself I would never buy an AIM share again after being burnt so many times. Small companies need capital so the basis of AIM is good but the reality is that 95% + of it is an absolute casino |
Now you know why IG index stopped taking bets. |
I reckon there's some kind of offshoot of Stockholm syndrome going on with AIM miners.Dog syndrome i would personally call it, or pile of shyte syndrome ROFLMFAO |
goatherd, you are an imbecile. A dangerous imbecile, for your relentless, Fantasy Island ramps of this utter dog. You should be ashamed of yourself, frankly.
What happened to 50p? Or 5p on the next piece of news. Or 3p by Christmas. Or shorters running for the hills next week. You're a fruitcake and if there's one person on this board who really does need moderating, you only need to look in a mirror. |
G'day you lucky people!
Quote from TW:-
Harry pulled a fast one.
I'm not a total idiot but I am as a share holder.
Shame that he became an insider, as per articles his site, he has to give notice prior to sell.
I'd strongly advise Tim, that you are not an insider as you knew nothing of the fund raise.
Get outside and be impartial.
This donkey you do not need. |
Fk knows, iii. a conditional subscription of 472,727,273 Ordinary Shares at the Placing Price by Safaya Investment In Commercial Enterprises & Management Co. L.L.C (the "Subscriber"), subject to approval of the Company's shareholders at the General Meeting, to raise £2,600,000 (excluding expenses) (the "Conditional Subscription"); |
Who are Safaya? |
Goatherd, I understand perfectly, just tend to draw the line at about 6 billion ! That's plenty !
If you've done the sums it must be alright ! |
Amazing!
I do genuinely wonder if you have considered if you may have ever made a mistake, goatherd. |
