Been running around today no big surprises here some of the posts on LSE kefi thread are just laughable.
It boils down to this.
ETHIOPIA MINERALS EXPORTS TODAY ARE UNDER US $1BILLION PERANNUM. EVEN IF ETHIOPIA IS ONLY 50% AS PROSPECTIVE PER HECTARE AS WA ,IT CAN TARGETUS $42 BILLION PERANNUM.
Just had the leader of the country visit the site of Akobo and put them front and centre of the Mintex exhibition and they are only a "boutique" mining company from their own admission.
If you are betting on TK not getting over the line you are basically betting on the Ethiopians expletive deleted themselves. |
Yes, that looks really good.
Thank you for posting it. |
Someone's tetchy!
I cant imagine why. |
Who cares?
And, anyway, you are setting up a hypothesis, and then asking for comment on it. Why not just wait and see? |
Thanks Goatie, yes such a shame re budget and how this country is tuning out. Yes did think about bullocks..She who occasionally must be obeyed isn't too keen on wellies but I'll bring her round yet lol |
I'm sure it will hit 10 million but constitutionally it has no weight whatsoever unfortunately! |
2.5 million signed lol. Starmer will completely ignore it like he does any question put to him. Such an arrogant man. The most unpopular PM we've ever had and he's only been in the job 4 months. The petition runs for 6 months. It would be funny to see 10 millions votes sign it by then. |
Theaviator,
A short time ago I suggested you might think about raising heifers for sale in-calf to dairy farmers.
The situation has changed since the budget, and a brutal capping of subsidies. You need to get some very competent advice. (Mine is not sufficiently up to date).
The risk is that you bear all the costs of buying calves, rearing them and having them inseminated; but then find there is little demand due to the financial straits the dairy industry is in when the heifers are ready for sale.
I am not wholly sure that anyone will have the necessary expertise to advise you/ I actually believe you would be well advised not to do it.
Sorry. |
Marched against the Iraq war once in the big march in London (though it was more two marches as had two routes) did not vote labour (never have) marched for the original Brexit referendum.
Saying all that probably average a march a decade or two maximum and generally would not waste my time with any politics but what's different now is we are effectively have political prisoners had people locked up for saying certain facts about Stockport that later turned out to be true those facts were simply suppressed. The excuse was to a give a child murderer a fair trail while at the same time the establishment had no problem talking about and demonizing those on trial before during and after their trials.
I would be more than happy to go back to my general political apathy if the present government was not on some kind of mission to be the worst in the UK in modern times and instead just left people alone. |
They weren't ignored because we never really got Brexit |
Hundreds of thousands marched against Brexit, several times, and millions signed a petition for another referendum. They were ignored, just as this petition will be. |
In excess of 1.8 million people have signed a petition to call a general election: |
Has Harry asked for more money yet to pay his wages? |
Stuck with them no doubt for next several years regardless. Signed it yesterday though as well. None of them whatever side give a toss that's the sad thing. Neighbour of ours in 80's sat three days in wheelchair at the hospital waiting to be seen... Couldn't write it. |
Although I live abroad I am entitled to vote in elections so have signed the petition. They need to go asap but knowing them will ignore the will of the people. |
I have signed it Rob. 612 thousand signed it so far. Come on , we need them idiots out ASAP |
