"His reputation"
I will leave that there. |
Yes, another deadline missed. And still his apologists continue to give him the benefit of the doubt. Despite recent rhetoric, I can’t, unfortunately, help thinking that we are still no closer to DEFINITIVE closure of TK financing than we’ve ever been.
We are very likely to be entering 2025 still waiting for it. Some of us have been posting something similar at this time of the year for the past FOUR (!!) years and been shouted down each time by the usual suspects. |

Shareholders of KEFI, take your time and let that quote sink in a little |
"4. That announcement was certainly true."
Narrator: that announcement was certainly not true. |
Lol marnewton - that explains your strong nerves. |
But hey i dare say there are lots going on that need synching, inc the equity ratio, listings etc, just impatience talking |
What it bloody say's
RNS a principle bank credit approval sign off, now,
Any further adjustments ie equity.. RNS it when that concludes, as it has nowt to do with satisfactory inspections sign off |
WTF does that gibberish mean in English m8? |
The funding sign off in principle needs notifying, Sept Oct was given .. it's been announced all pre conditions have already been met and definitively satisfied for this to conclude by Oct,
Delaying this principle milestone to deal and amalgamate with secondary adjustments will undermine the already fragile market, which has priced the schedule and project accordingly as it is,
Surely a sign off can be given.. with notice if neccessary that there may be further adjustments of equity ratio there after,
The market can then absorb everything as it wishes, same as it does when any company mutes funding or an offer with just estimates, the market moves as it see's fit |
2 weeks Grace goatee I have given you eight years Grace, are you kidding me let's get this done over the line. |
It was in a RNS BUT
What HAA said was "we are on track for the end of the month".
1. It is not yet the end of the month, 2. I would give any company, in any country, a week's grace; except that for African countries I would allow a fortnight's grace. 3. The financing announcement is not in Harry's control, it is in the bank's control. 4. That announcement was certainly true. Calling it a failure was unwarranted and harsh. But, then knockers have to knock somehow, I suppose. |
LOL estseon - not heli-skiing (my dad's skiing injury totally put me off that lark!), but I was a commercial heli-pilot...until I started trading shares, options and futures...retired now, so just dabbling;)

"We remain on track for entering into definitive commitments from the funding syndicate next month, enabling financial close and triggering of the Major Works."
He found it in an RNS. |
Gizmohican 6505,
And what target was that?
Please say where you found it. |
That's where you are going wrong you should be less the boy with the thorn in his side and more the last of the famous international playboys. |

Like i've said, Kefis's numbers were based on £1300 Gold, that has now DOUBLED,
Fund one get one free, a bank has never had such a gimme walk in the door |
She sells sanctuary a great song but more into the Smiths to be honest, guess your favourite is heaven knows i’m miserable now. |
"In two minds over my next top up see what in the next for next update or go now."
That's not really two minds, is it. Two minds would be considering not buying any more shares in what is a basket case Company that has let you down over and over again. You are not far off being a cult member at this stage. |
In all of my years holding Kefi, I do not remember a single bad news RNS. The death spiral funding was always couched positively. Funding arrangements that led nowhere were always immediately replaced by bigger & better deals. Dodgy practices in Ethiopia affecting Kefi, as reported in publications, were only dragged out of the Company when they were questioned, but trivialised. Relationships with stakeholders were always amazing, only to be replaced by even more amazing relationships. With all of the good news we have enjoyed over the years, it is a tad surprising that we are still trying to secure funding. 🤬 |
From lse thread "Posted on Telegram group today
"TW,addressed the lack of rns so far in his bearcast yesterday due to subscriber's emailing him.
Simply put the kefi is very confident as is he.If there was bad news it would have to been rns'd.
Expecting positive news in the coming days accordingto him.
Dyor"
"Yes, Tom said he'd been expecting the news this week based on conversations with the company but said it now looks to be first week of November."
In two minds over my next top up see what in the next for next update or go now. A factor is kefi are not that good at communicating even good news so sometimes takes a few days for it to sink in anyway. |
