The reason lots of us are wetting our knickers is that many of us have become really old while holding Kefi & damp underwear is par for the course for old people. :-(
Or it could be the 20-odd missed guidelines, the mention of locals (that rings a bell), the lenders are so keen, they want to lend more (that sounds familiar too) & an effort to secure funding that must be in its 6th year.

I am guessing the question was why kefi was going after more money from the second bank and the answer was not a shortfall in funding.
Not that I thought it was.

As at 30 June 2024, KEFI owed ARTAR an amount of £ 5,070,000 (2023: £1,776,000).
£2,976k short term loans... of that £1,304k is just interest
