01/12/2016 16:16 | Losses do you mean Cu or KAZ or both? I normally operate on a chart pattern basis rather than what could be described as traditional TA. Trad TA suffers from the same basic problem as fundamentals ie TOO MUCH Information. There's a study for this and a study for that, P&F, Obscure Elliot wave counting that seems to spent most of the time justifying itself, and all that info, just clouds the picture for me. I like to keep it 'simple'. Often, it is the height or size of the pattern that governs the target price. With some patterns, timing is sometimes a case of using experience, while in others, such as triangle and wedge apexes, it is built in and absolute, asuming correct pattern id and accurate drawing skills. We are so fortunate that Bulkowski has back-tested the statistics for many common chart patterns. This enables us to produce very accurate targets that no other straightforward method seems to provide. I will have a look at six month targets later on today. | bamboo2
01/12/2016 15:32 | One heck of re-rating to come me thinks. | losses
01/12/2016 15:11 | Bamboo what you looking at by next year or 6 months time? | losses
01/12/2016 14:28 | james, it's too much to try and explain unless you have some basic charting knowledge. A flag or pennant is a consolidation zone between areas of price movement. This site is a good place to start, | bamboo2
01/12/2016 13:13 | James it mean onwards and upwards at some point | losses
01/12/2016 12:43 | what does this mean bamboo | james190
01/12/2016 12:00 | smurfy, It didn't like my adblocker, whats the gist? Yes or no? My current thinking, obvs subject to change as patterns develop, is we have seen two flag poles and their subsequent flags/pennants. So far the apexes have worked quite well indicating price turns. The current pennant marked in magenta has broken out to the upside for a tp of approx 2.7-2.75. The apex [and potential turn] of this pennant is the trading session late Fri Dec 9th or Mon Dec 12th. | bamboo2
01/12/2016 10:12 | Started averaging back in this morning. Think we could see continued strength in copper for the next week. | bamboo2

28/11/2016 17:29 | The thing is if you look at the daily /weekly chart this could go up now as fast as it came down to £7 I've done the same when it was £2 looking for weakness but it just didn't happen but a profits a profit!! The market will shake out the weak holder's on the way up. G.L | plastow
28/11/2016 16:37 | Sold up this afternoon. I also think we're in for a consolidation phase, and expect Cu will take a breather too. I have really held out for the high close mentioned earlier, but it's not happening for now. | bamboo2
28/11/2016 14:21 | Well, we are in the side of the angels at the moment. All things being well, I hope to start exiting in April 2017 but it might of collapsed again by then, or doubled. Who knows?😀 | racg
