Hillary Gumbo back in Botswana tomorrow to supervise first large loop EM survey starting next week. It will take a week to setup and a week to complete the survey. Mike says this is very exciting.

Admission of Placing and Subscription Shares

Further to the announcement on 20 November 2020, in which Kavango announced the Financial Conduct Authority approved its Prospectus issued in connection with the placing of 72,063,636 new Ordinary Shares and the subscription of 663,637 New Ordinary Shares (together, the "Placing and Subscription Shares"), the Company announces that application has been made for the Placing and Subscription Shares to be admitted to the Standard List segment of the Official List and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange plc ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Placing and Subscription Shares will commence at 8.00am on 7 December 2020.

Following Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will consist of 265,682,982 Ordinary Shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 265,682,982 and this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest, in the share capital of the Company.

Yes, the fact that EM is clearly not starting this year as they had previously indicated is a bit disappointing but I would rather they were fully prepared and get it right. Still looks to me as if 2021 is going to one heck of year!

Nice update, doesn't tell us a great deal we didn't already know but disappointing they haven't started the large loop EM as the last update seemed to suggest they were getting on with that straight away yet we are still negotiating a contract.
Nice to see (University of Leicester) others wanting to get involved in checking out the geology.

The chart suggests it's bull flag formation is almost over and we will break to the upside in December to continue the uptrend.
Copper and nickel prices have been booming lately which will eventually feed through to the value of what we have.

With the finalisation of the recent £2m fund raising which sees KAV well funded for 18 months+ news on several fronts should start to flow again.

Agreed Ski - when you look around the small resource sphere this looks undervalued - companies at a similar stage (or even not as far advanced as KAV) have market caps around the 10-12 million mark. So this looks good for a 50-100% rise in the next few weeks.

Starting to move again ahead of news expected in early next month. Chart looks good for 100% to start with over the next few days snd weeks. 2021 should be very exciting.
