So recently companies such as EUA and GGP have hit the one billion market cap so if KAV did something similar on the back of discovering a Norilsk look a like on the KSZ in Botswana then the KAV share price would approx 200 times higher than the close on Friday at around £5.

pp, you are quite right, we are likely to be (much?) higher than 3p by the time drilling starts so maybe 10p to a £3.70 sell out sounds better! :-)

Ref Voisey's bay, fascinating story, let's hope it repeats I saw that the whole zone was about 5km long. The KSZ is 450km...

Ncyt is hardly 10 bagger 6p to 11 quid. As for Kav who knows could be 15 20p prior to drill starting if we're on radar the 10 bag from there on findings and start of mining contract talksImo.

Seems very conservative 112p for possible world class find

Really good article on Voisey's Bay. Shows just what could happen to KAV. So, in Nov '94 Diamond Fields' share price was $4.65 pre drilling. By Mar '96 when it was bought out, the (pre split) share price was $174 or 37.4 times greater! Do the same for KAV from 3p and the share price would be 112p! THAT is the potential here. :-)

Good to see you here Walter. The potential is huge and is worth being here just for that alone. It might not come off but if it does it could be life changing amounts.

Norsilk and voisey bay etc major finds were found not in a craton but on the edge of a craton the KSZ sits on the edge of the Kaapvaal Craton Recent reasearch shows copper a big possibility,we need a major to come in and start a large drilling campaign to fully understand what the KSZ holds a couple of holes won’t cut it. Or perhaps a deal with someone like Capital Drilling if possible will work.

"Kavango has confirmed conditions were right about 180 million ago in the Kalahari Suture Zone to create highly concentrated pools of super valuable and sought-after base metals, such as nickel and copper. It’s hard to overestimate what this could do to a £6m market cap company. Some commentators are calling this the best opportunity on AIM today. Kavango’s supporters see a nearly 400% rise in market cap since May as just the beginning of a long upward trend, with material upside in play here."

"Confirmation from Dr Holwell that cumulate rocks were present in the system has provided Kavango one of the last pieces in this complex jigsaw. These kinds of formations form a permeable, web-like lattice that allowed liquid metal sulphides to sink through as the magma cooled. And a reminder: these metal sulphides could well contain huge amounts of copper-nickel-PGMs. This is what Kavango is now hunting. It’s the culmination of years of work. It’s the reason why AIM-listed fellow explorers Power Metal Resources (LSE:POW) formed a JV with Kavango in Botswana. Everybody wants a piece of this. It’s the kind of fortune-making find that will could down in history."
