29/5/2019 23:44 | Ref: Post above #492 To get a sense of the size of the anomaly relating to KAV at Ditau at 5km x 7k , look at Sirius Resources, Australia of Nova Bollinger fame that received a takeover from Independent Group of Australia. Paul Johnson mentioned Sirius Resources in a tweet relating to KAV as an example of a how a stock*s could have a potential rise in share price? <>NOVA BOLLINGER, Sirius Resources, Western Australia Link: www.goldendragoncapi "A brief history: Nova Bollinger Ni Cu Deposit." "2km x 1 m Ni Cu & Co anomaly" [Ni is nickel, Cu is copper & Co is Cobalt] "Grade 1.42% Cu and 3.8% Ni" "120 holes, 400m, 160m or 80 spacings drilled to the base of the regrolith over the eye shaped airborne magnetic." "The discovery of significant nickel in the 1st RC drill hole at 191m down hole." Note: We know from Kav*s Hole 1 Ditau, it showed Co with the readings. In Hole 2, the pic showed chalcoprite, principal ore for copper. The Nova deposit is one that was taken over for the nickel as Independence Group was interested in nickel. So, the example is to illustrate what a world class size of deposit would need to be minimum in terms of the size of anomaly which was found to be mineralised. Since KAV is looking at Ni, Cu, Co & PGE etc. The rare earth is interesting. Overall, it is common knowledge that the overall adds to credits. Ref: Hole 1 KAV RNS update 25 Mar 2019 } Hole 2 KAV RNS update 16 May 2019 } Ditau, Boswana. We await RESULTS OF THE ASSAYS FROM HOLE 1 & 2, DITAU. Wed, 29 May 2019 | jlondon
29/5/2019 21:03 | Another good post @smallcap @GoldenRetriever Agree. The Canadian market are very well versed in exploration and mining co and more importantly the market capitalisation attributable. Any exploration with HUNDREDS of meters of Norilsk or Olympic Dam [KAV RNS or per Moles, Geo latest interview] is a rarer or rare occasion as it appears to typify potential Tier 1 discovery? KAV RNS 16.5.19: "Shows a 320m zone of INTENSELY ALTERED ROCK...a further 78.79m into the gabbro instrusive." Ditau intrusive body at depth 5km x 7km. Pic end of hole 2 via Twitter chalcopyrite [principle ore of copper] & 450km "long KSZ anomaly in the S.W of the country." Lastly, "the core appears to contain high levels of rare earth elements [REEs]. Mr Moles, Geo of KAV in his latest video interview said that both Ditau Hole 1 & 2 mineralised all the way to the gabbro, as well as the gabbo. Please check. DYOR. Overburden is up to 200m. 29/5/2019 18:49 | from ceo.ca 28 May 2019, 11:57 @GoldenRetriever Got a significant fill at 3.8p, I doubt this would have been possible were this trading on the Canadian market. Can't think of a TSX company awaiting assays with hundreds of meters of battery metals mineralization. Let alone at a 10M mc. I hope this deposit is half as good as I think it is! about an hour ago | skiboy10

28/5/2019 10:11 | Quite a lot of selling this morning - impatience due to slight delay in the assays coming back from the lab, placee's still selling or insiders that have been given the nod? Take your pick. | 2prsimo
26/5/2019 22:40 | Jlondon, good research and nicely written. Time will tell as to value and Mike was open to flogging Ditau in some way, shape or form if assays are compelling and further drilling under taken. | jone06
26/5/2019 21:42 | jlondon. If KAV can replicate SOLG (I hope and believe they can)investors will be in the money big time... ATB, GD | greatfull dead
26/5/2019 20:34 | P.S Metal Tiger plc [LON:MTR] also in Boswana [Kalahari belt] has a share price of 1.2p with a MKT CAP of £18.69m. Sprotts is a holder of MTR shares. So, Mod Resources, Metal Tiger and Kavango Resources are the only co*s I am aware of in Boswana espcially the Kalahari Copper Belt or Kalahari Belt. As said, Mod has a mkt cap of £50m. From recall, Solgold had a mkt cap of £8m when they first started out at Cascabel, Ecuador waiting for the environmental permit which took quite a time. Kavango Resources mkt cap is £6m at 4.1p with Hole 1 & 2 details given plus 2 pics via Twitter. | jlondon
26/5/2019 17:02 | Kavango Resources:Share price 4.1p, MKT CAP £6.6 Million, Shares in Issue 160.96m <>Ditau Anomaly 5km x 7km !!! [For size, eg ARS Beutong is 3km x 1.5km per 25.3.19 RNS] <>Hole 1 & 2 distance apart 1.8km!!! [Oak Dam, BHP distance 400m] <>Mike Moles latest video interview - Mineralised before reaching gabbro as well as gabbro. <>Hole 2 depth reached 557.34m showing 320 METRES of INTENSELY altered rock like Hole 1. The hole continued another 78.79m INTO THE GABBROIC INTRUSIVE . The mineralisation include CHALCOPRITE [copper sulphide 1.5% XRF reading.] Ref: RNS 16.5.19] Chalcoprite online states it is the principal ore of copper. Pic dated 22 May 2019 from KAV: "Chalcoprite mineralisation near the BOTTOM of Hole 2. -------------------- So, the mineralisation is 320m + 78.79m = 398.79 metres of mineralisation? Further depth not tested yet. -------------------- Observation: The KALAHARI COPPER belt in Boswana is the area where MOD Resources are situated. In addition, Metal Tiger is also in the area. Mod Resources share price is 16.5p, MKT CAP £50.12 Million. Sandfire made a bid for Mod at 38c per share per 21.1.19 RNS. I looked at some of the drill results of Mod Resources: RNS 12.3.19: Strong T3 infilling drilling results 31.5m at 2% Cu copper [not listing silver] 13.7 1.6% Cu 17.7m 1.4% Cu 22m 1.1cu and so forth including 1.7m at 0.9%Cu 6m 0.7% cu 5.4m 0,6% includes also 16m at 3.3% copper and 10m at 4.7% copper. se On 25 Mar 2019, Mod reported 61% increase in T3 open pit ore reserves to 34mt at 0.67% cu. So, one can see that the depth of Ditau, Kavango Resources are those in the category like ARS*s Beautong which reported 456m at 1.06% copper EQUIVALENT or 0.93% copper. Beauton West reported 596.6m at 0.53% copper [18 Oct 2018 RNS] It is commonly known that PORPHYRY deposits have lower grades but depend on size [tonnage]. Liberum did a note on Beutong and said it could have potential like Solg from recall. So, these types of INTERSECTIONS of several HUNDRED metres do attraction attention. Kavango Resource*s Ditau is not porphyry and may indicate more BOSWANIAN grades as an illustration? ARS share price is 6.05p and mkt cap £56.12m We await DEFINITIVE ASSAY RESULTS from KAV*s Ditau Hole 1 & 2. DYOR. Just a general discussion and NO inference is made except to talk about deposits in general. If there is any error, please correct. Sun, 26 May 2019 | jlondon
25/5/2019 16:50 | Having thought about it, results by end of June or into July is not very long to wait. The cores will be sent, they are not going to change now. If you believe they will give the first 'glimmer' of what Ditau prospect area holds (as indicated by XRF readings), then surely any tiny delay is a good buying opportunity. As above, those here longterm will not be too worried about a few weeks delay.Cash | cashandcard

24/5/2019 22:45 | If you are in for the long Hall, 100+ drill holes then what's a few weeks between friends? Admittedly, I always cringe when any company spokesperson gives any detailed timescale on anything. GLA | jone06
24/5/2019 21:08 | 17 May '19 - 18:27 - 420 of 464 Edit Also I queried the company on 20 days and it is 20 business days so likely later June and if any slippage even early July. -------------------- From @LucTenHave Drill results probably July, not June. Poorly communicated 10 minutes ago @GoldenRetriever Is there a delay? I expected results mid-June or so. 8 minutes ago @LucTenHave No delay but poorly communicated. Had a talk with the company today. They believe the market was well informed..i disagree | skiboy10

23/5/2019 14:46 | Kavango Resources [LON:KAV] A short summary: 1)Ditau, Boswana: 5 km x 7 km [From the RNS this is the ANOMALY] 2)Mineralised in 2 holes at Ditau. share price Angel says, remarkable [hole 1] & more remarkable to also hit mineralisation in hole 2 as well, given that Hole 1 & 2 are 1.8 KILOMETRES apart. BHP*s Oak Dam was 400m apart near their Olympic Dam mine. 3)Alterted rock -300m+ [see details of pre and post gabbro] 4)Mike Moles in his latest video interview with Proactive said that both holes were mineralised prior to reaching the grabbo anomaly as well as the grabbo. 5) Skiboy10*s post #468 shows the pic from Kavango: "544.22 CHALCOPYRITE near the bottom of Hole 2. #cobalt #copper #nickel #norilsk." The 1st pic shown was not captioned but one can see the visual. [Online, chalcopyrite: "IT IS THE PRINCIPAL ORE OF COPPER." 6) Awaiting assay results for Hole 1 & 2 Ditau, although XRF was used. <><>PAUL JOHNSON He mentioned on Twitter about Sirius Resources of Novo Bollinger fame and the tyoe of potential share price rises. Line spacing 160m or 80m SPACING and drilled to the base of the regolith. www.goldendragoncapi The NOVO Ni, Cu & Co ANOMALY was 2KM X 1 KM - results 1.42% Cu Copper & 3.8% Ni. [Ref: as above link] <><>PETE Panda on Twitter provided a link to an article on Voisey Bay which has been posted before. The assays showed 2.23% Ni Nickel, 1.47% Cu Copper & 0.123% co Cobalt over 71m intersection at VB-04." My Comment: From the illustration [Novo-please check], one can see the Ditau ANOMALY appears to be sizeable as compared to the Novo anomaly. Investors are awaiting the assays - the 2 pics posted by Kavango on their Twitter feed recently from Ditau is helpful especially since they have now captioned the 2nd. Better for them to say it. Thur 23 May 2019 DYOR Please check as there can be errors. No warranty. | jlondon
23/5/2019 12:48 | Looks like we are finding a bit of resistance around 4p. Probably a good thing at this stage of proceedings | jone06
23/5/2019 06:44 | Yes the first hole is really incomplete but at least the second one went down a good way, it looks like this will potentially be an underground mine but not that deep so a simple decline access should suffice. I am guessing they will need about 10m thick of ore with 100 usd of contained metal to make it work, so if 10 of the 70m of cobalt they hit is .3% grade then we should have a project with a decent irr on our hands, subject to a whole bunch of drilling and studies. Given the size of the orebody we are potentially looking at a very decent shareprice if we can hit 100 usd a ton. Then of course the xrf readings may have been selective and the best 10m may only be 30 usd a ton in which case we need a lot more drilling or just move on to another part of the ksz and we see the shares fall to 2pOr maybe 10% chance we get all sorts of other goodies like pgms in the assays and ore worth 200 usd a ton and it will be off to the races .. | catsick
22/5/2019 18:34 | I've watched the Foster and Moles videos from last March to the present and my reading is that as the first drill hole collapsed at circa 350m and they were not able to take it as deep as they intended, the decision was made to delay the sending of the first cores for assay until after the second drill to 557m was complete. This obviously gave them a much fuller picture. Only my interpretation, I stress. | captain james t kirk

22/5/2019 17:20 | But what we haven't had yet, and which could land at anytime, are the second skyTEM survey results. Mike promised that these would be released last week but we still haven't had them. There is every chance that these are as positive as the first set. | simonparker5 |
