Can I suggest all shareholders contact purebond limited, this is the group attempting to take a controlling stake in Kavango.

You can find contact details from a simple web search

I will try and call into the offices later this week and see if I can get hold of anyone

What sort of idiot raises £3.5 million and then is in talks to sell £6m of shares at 1p without even drilling to try and add value to shareholders.
I would not be surprised if buyer is Paul Johnson regardless yet again no effort to add value for shareholders,it̵7;s obvious BT is not capable of managing and exploration company and is now trying his hand at a rethread which he will continue to spin as he further dilutes shareholders.

Palace Pete,This fundraiser effectively dilutes retail into minority positions, hands control to the cornerstone investor and saves Ben from any small investor pressure. He will be able to sleep easier at night if he dilutes them out of their current positions - why deal with those small pi's pressure when you can nullify their voting power? Also, given the projects they have - they need to achieve some kind of success, or do a deal with a real industry partner - farmdown etc. Another asset will be little more than a distraction.Cash

Fund from success, discover something and the money flows in. This is funding at the very bottom of the market when KAV is meters away from success in the KSZ. Remember £3m raised late Oct 22 gives KAV 3 rolls of the dice this year but the turnip running KAV is playing games to keep the share price low. It's abusing private investors.

Hi Pete, I understand the concern over dilution. My own holding is down £500,000 since the peak but this financing (if it happens) secures our long term future and gives us the greatest chance of success

Hi Ben. I really hope you and the team know where we're going as I for one of a hundred if not thousands of shareholders are a bit worried about our futures.

Does the CEO think it’s April 1st?

The investor should buy the Zim gold asset direct but what they're attempting to do steal my assets on the cheap.

If the made a discovery today the share price goes to 5p but once those new shares are issued the value of the discovery is 2.5p per share. Most shareholders are deep under water because of the failures and dilution from 2022 so it's going to take a discovery just to break even.

I know you've been angry about Turney and recently I've been focussed on the inherent value of the assets. Turney has delivered nothing for shareholders and I cannot see this changing. He is Robert Friedman on steroids with nothing delivered.

I suppose if they're paying market price then we aren't really being diluted. Yes, more shares in issue, but also more equity
It really depends how fast KAV can burn through the money. If there's no processing plant nearby then they've got to find a buyer willing to stump up for that, so they need a major resource to make it worthwhile otherwise it's another stranded asset.
