23/6/2020 17:12 | Interesting and well executed buying splurge of about 1% of the equity, anyway. From the resulting spread, seems to have left the mms simply wanting to opt out & await events. Just somebody having a punt after a liquid lunch? | ladybird1
23/6/2020 14:33 | Looks like a deeply discounted placing is about to be announced around 2.5P or when Hooops said goodbye all a few weeks back he sold out and the mms are working his stock ?? | rbonnier
23/6/2020 14:11 | I’d have thought there is an increasingly likely chance of the prod retiring very shortly, given his advancing age.... L. | lazygun
23/6/2020 14:11 | It needs the prof to go, and for someone with some credibility to come in with a realistic plan of action, with the finances properly thought through, Better communications (and more regular )... Imo of course Plus, don’t forget that 120k that was raised was in the for. Of a loan that has to be paid back..... L. | lazygun
10/6/2020 22:57 | Ps if you see any decent buys reported that dont effect the share price they are being sold to punters from the buckets and not effecting the mms books. | rbonnier
10/6/2020 22:53 | Either Hoops has sold hence his goodbye good luck farewell post ...which I doubt or there is a placing which looks to be at 3P. Note today's buys did not change the offer so I think there is a placing at 3P in the bucket shops following the recent interview to raise the share price | rbonnier
10/6/2020 21:54 | Interesting a fair volume of buys without any sells at below that level (the big sell reported after the bell yesterday well above the current buy price). Most unusual. | ladybird1
10/6/2020 11:21 | Bid crashed looks like the mms might know of a placing ! | rbonnier
09/6/2020 18:06 | 324K sell at 3.75P wonder if that's a 3P placee ? | rbonnier
08/6/2020 11:20 | Well I live in hope one day they will buck the trend but past performance indicates otherwise at the moment. Let's see if Anything transpires before end of june | sirianbotham
08/6/2020 09:56 | Nothing ever happens here apart from the usual annual placing which I think we are all expecting imminently. What price will that be at ? | rbonnier
08/6/2020 09:09 | We were assured that the egm motions were not in shareholders interests. We are yet to see the evidence | sirianbotham
08/6/2020 09:07 | Can't disagree with that either. The company does give a distinct impression it doesn't really want to progress anything. The same stock photo of a man with shovel by a small mucky pit is constantly trouped out to show their diamond exploration activity in finances andWhat's the plan? | sirianbotham
06/6/2020 10:58 | A better agreement would be one that leads somewhere. Generous terms mean nothing if they will never come to anything. Would be happy with a smaller share of something that actually happens. | diamonddog1
05/6/2020 21:56 | Agreed Sir Ian on this being broke .We had £21K as of 30.11.19 we raised a further £120K on the 10.12.19 now 6 months on at current cash burn we are out of funds .Placing has to be imminent and Profs recent pr has done the trick to probably get one away around 3.5P or he might have got one away at a premium say 5P . | rbonnier
05/6/2020 18:39 | A better agreement than 51/49% by a company that's effectively broke. I take your point but the Rio agreement looks good on paper | sirianbotham
05/6/2020 11:02 | The Rio agreement is an opportunity for KDR but could be regarded by another potential j.v. Partner as a liability. If they make a discovery or successful bulk sample then Rio can call dibs. Non renewal could be because. 1. Rio see no value in continuing despite KDR seeing this as their best hope of JV. 2. KDR think they have a better chance of getting a substantive agreement elsewhere without the potential for Rio calling dibs and are treading water until the current agreement expires (probably wishful thinking). | diamonddog1
04/6/2020 22:12 | Looks like the agreement with Rio Tinto is not going to be renewed I think we would have heard something by now if it was . Next news probably a 3P placing !🙈 | rbonnier
21/5/2020 10:43 | Agreed ladybird1 absolutely nothing doing here for a while apart from a placing as this is not going to 10P . | rbonnier
21/5/2020 08:12 | Maybe Hoops silence has got to do with a non disclosure agreement. | buci
20/5/2020 11:47 | Ah Well, Bonny. In that case I suppose he's just got fed up with posting, realising the heavy capital raisings to come (+/- £150k for rights, plus then the bulk sampling costs) and the timings make it at least a year away from any news, cf. The prof.'s explanation in his interview. I've sold about half mine into the rise, to take at least a bit of turn on those, and the rest can sit there win or lose. Like Hoops, likely nothing to chat about for some time seems a fair assumption. | ladybird1
20/5/2020 11:45 | Nothing offered online. So I'd say there is another spike coming | dave4545
20/5/2020 11:36 | Hoops hasn't sold the price would tank if he had as he holds over 4% | rbonnier
20/5/2020 11:25 | 'Ave atque Vale', Hoops. Best of Luck elsewhere. | ladybird1
20/5/2020 09:12 | Goodbye All. Goodluck | hooops |
