Check out Tukes the entrance road now has a toll system ,

Mr Bjornberg who was one of the leading geologist team to discover lahtojoki also his company is experts in forestry ,a leading Finnish company. .

Having visit the site ,by goodness you need many lumberjacks .

A AND G Mining also will need to be convinced with the current project and agreement is a ticking bomb regards license for the site. It will happen or else they must or will sell it on!?
We don't know and suspect not the 100,000.00 settlement payment hasn't been made or no announcement to clarify that.
So this is not entirely under control of the currant board.
To obtain a private company they will never secure the voted required .

These are people who you may not agree with, as I have in the past the way the company lack of urgency!! but they do everything by the book all be it in their own style

The requisitionists, in association with a former employee/consultant to the Company, endeavoured to gain control of the Company by removing all but two of the current members of the Board and electing four replacements, nominated by them, to the Board.

why would both sides want control so much if no value .??

SO YOU HONESTLY think Bjornberg/Martello and co a multi millionaires would waste all there money time and effort to fund the current company ?

When were these alleged pink diamonds recovered, who looked at them to make that evaluation, where are they now and why was it never reported???

1) what Lahtojoki diamonds has the company (ever) recovered, if any?

2) on what diamonds are these statistics and reporting based, where are they, when were they recovered and by whom, is their provenance (chain of custody) ascertained and are they available for independent inspection?

3) who undertook these studies and reporting, are they independently accredited to make such studies and reports and are their results available for scrutiny?

4) did the NOMAD verify the content of this release and hold the managenent and competent persons to account in this regard?

SirG, so it is clear to all then that:

1) Either the Company has undertaken some sampling and recovered but not reported new pink diamonds, or...

2) They have acquired but not reported some of the old EPD diamonds, or...

3) They have made a false and misleading statement?

No surprises. Effectively out of cash November, hence the capital injection. The only surprises remain as at the time of the injection's announcement - (a) the terms of the new finance and (b) its source, both of which remarkably positive indicators.

Clearly more cash will be needed shortly as the cash then raised runs out. That should flush out the picture (a) what they can raise, (b) its terms and (c) its source.

The next announcement (either good or 'Oops! Sorry!')awaited with considerable interest......

The Lahtojoki Diamond Deposit
Progress has continued to be made in relation to the assessment and permitting of the Lahtojoki diamond deposit, which the Company acquired in the Kaavi region of Eastern Finland, and which, if developed, will not only be the Company’s first diamond mine but the first diamond mine in Europe (outside Russia).
A particularly interesting feature of the Lahtojoki deposit is the presence of coloured stones and especially of pink diamonds. Analysis of available data and reports suggests that these coloured stones could amount to as much as seven per cent of the diamond content of the Lahtojoki deposit and that perhaps three per cent could be pink diamonds. Examination of the pink diamonds made available for inspection by the Company, together with photographs of diamonds from the deposit, indicates that these diamonds are of high quality.
The importance of the pink diamonds may be put into context when one considers that pink diamonds, although only accounting for less than five per cent of the world’s biggest diamond mine, Argyll in Western Australia, account for nearly fifty per cent of its revenue.
Progress in relation to mandatory regulatory matters under the Finnish mining laws continued to be made. In particular, the process in relation to agreeing compensation for landowners at Lahtojoki is now at an advanced stage.
