The update has been nagging me and a third alternative to fundraiser/enter administration comes to mind.

The update reads very confidently without a hint of imminent financial upheaval. It majors on putting in place the necessary conditions to sink a mine. The means to do this are well beyond KDR's potential capacity on their own. Might they be working towards a position where they own the licence, have the agreements in place (which it is said are well advanced)and can use these as their contribution to a partnership with an established operator?

Just a thought.

Rereading, my initial impression that this is quite an interesting update is reinforced.

No question the Company is very near the end of its cash resources, effectively living on credit (cf. the increase in current liabilities and having run through most of the last cash raiser, as Bonny points out). So something has to happen soon.

That said, there is a quiet confidence and sharp focus in Prof. Conroy's report. Perhaps a substantial funding dependent on final clearing the decks with the landowners/authorities, on which he writes clearly?

Anyway, the options clearly a very large dilution for current shareholders or The End.

We'll know soon enough.

This had 18K in May 2018 not November !!! .KDR raised £500K on the 11.6.2018 of which it currently has £200K left as of 30.11.2018.No ones put anything in the pot .So in 5 months it burned approximately £300K thats 60K per month .Its nearly 3 months since then so at an equivalent cash burn rate of £60K i make kdr almost insolvent without a cash call it cant go beyond April at very best .

Completely and utterly knackered forget Lathojoki they saying now no point in continuing until regulatory matters are settled that will take years and years and wont happen imo so thats a write off .Just continuing with exploration success errr what success .
No doubt another placing on the cards if they can get one away at a big discount and i just cant see the point holding anymore .

Market makers won't even pay the shown bid for £1600 quids worth of shares! Things must surely be coming to a head here shortly. Funding is required to just tick the Company along, without any investment needed to progress investigations further! Certainly hope our Board have something up their collective sleeves as this situation is looking somewhat desperate just at the moment 😣
