Following my gut feeling nothing more .
Always been end game here.
You Rightly say you can't even give them away.
But should they pull a rabbit out the hat then it's massive.
I wonder how many will bother to attend the AGM to address their concerns to the company !!?

I continue to buy at cheap prices.
My strategy is very much focused.

Steve hoop 1......there is nothing wrong in having faith in an investment. You have clearly got that in the Board here at KDR! I still hold all my shares here. There is no point in selling out at this price in my mind anyway. I am a little concerned at this particular time, more so now that at any other. We have had the capital reorganisation and the share consolidation, then nothing since to help the share price. We are at all time lows with little cash left to take us forward as a going concern. Any fundraising now will be at a discount to the current price, which is going to dilute us quite considerably once again. For us to get back to just 2p in old money, we would need to be trading at 50p here! What market cap would that give KDR, even at today's shares issued?

Cgnr and kdr have no cazh left or very little.
Both companies twitter account issue cut and paste from website but clearly not looking for investment?
Perhaps telling a story?

Both mirror each other. .

Neither affected the share price last week even the CGNR large trades;!!!
Could a house keeping exercise be unfolding in front of us???
Question is where is this leading us?

Perhaps we can't see the wood for the tree's?

Then private placing for both companies in past 6 months

Lets face it unless they find diamonds, this will be dilution after dilution after dilution.

3p , 1.5p , 0.7, 0.3p, 0.1p then consolidation and back to 6p.

KevJones2 is right everyone invested here will be diluted into oblivion and will lose all their money .You can buy as many as you like at 3.77 so this is heading for a 30% drop anyday now no point in holding imo theres never a decent rns to change investor sentiment here .

Investments are all about timing. You were once, as you say happy with the board but as you have lost your investment you have got increasingly ruder to the board.

I find it rather cowardly to keep attacking the board and people as you do on the forum. If you want to get across your message to the board and shareholders then attend the AGM and have your say

It seems some big share holders are happy to be diluted , and this is because of the extremely nice people in charge of this company.

Extremly nice and friendly welcomming and chatty and good guides too over in Finland, very very accommodating.

Its not often you find investors like this , resolute in their backing of the company, no matter whatever the cost. Gluttons for punishment.

There will be massive dilution and these investors will lap it up.

Wrong! A cancelled trade for 34,000 = zero, leaving one 34,000 sell. A measly grand's worth. An Honest question! Do you still hold any shares? Probably not, but I had to ask.

Only 34,000 sold at 3.2p not 102,000. Stop scaremongering. I must admit the current share price is totally unacceptable to us long term shareholders. I still feel this will be massive! Don't lose faith!

Jeez 102k sold at 3.2 !!! That will be the new placees we havnt heard about yet who have subscribed for 3p shares a quick £200 ! IMHO .
