It's never-ending. Despite all the great news the share price has plummeted about 99.97%. Please bear in mind I cannot access the previous 7/8 years before 2011 and this only goes to 2016. There was much more great news. Part Three:

It's kinda sad but also funny how literally nobody cares enough about what arch-ramper Hoops has to say. Even ramper-in-chief Goldeneye (who's pretending to have me filtered) has nothing to say.

Hoops, I relented somewhat from posting the bod's uber-positive RNSs about CGNR as they almost defied mathematics by reducing the share price by well over 99% but, along with your encouragement, I will do so on Wednesday. Thanks for the encouragement, Hoops.

DP If the shares delist the company is valued the same next month as it is today .so private equity could finance the company by buying a stake in the company at say 3p per share .Next year the value of that stake is unchanged however on AIM it wont even be worth 50% of its initial value .
This would be of interest to private equity if they financed x to get multiple times that back in say 5 years
If this relisted as a mining operation .No ones going to put say 1 million into this to see it dissapear in a year when the share price goes back to 0.4p again!

RBonnier......What would prevent Conroy getting Private Equity Investment whilst being listed on AIM? There would be no benefit, financial or otherwise to KDR as a Company to delist at the moment, especially at the current suppressed share price. Things are coming to a head here, as well as CGNR. Both Companies, linked by association, are going to need funding to carry them forward as going concerns. The question is, how much, at what price and how much dilution to current shareholders?

Hi there ladybird1 ive read both articles from Shareprophets on kdr and cgnr both comprehensive true and hard to the point i agree with both .The end is nigh for shareholders with sprofits pretty certain both companies are insolvent and going into administration.Thats the bit i dont agree with imo a delisting is almost certain to protect the value left in the company and prof could attract private equity investment .No bucket shop will be able to flog any shares even at 3p so imo i think the company will keep going but wont be listed on AIM all imho .

You seem confident of a successful placing, Bonny. Compare the recent Audit Report with last year's. Last year a placing was sufficiently certain to give the Auditors confidence. This year no such reassurance apparently available to them. Same with CGNR.

How either company has survived since year end is a wonder, looking at the published Balance Sheets but it surely can't continue very long.

The Prof's confident plans for further exploration, without any comment on how it will be paid for, suggest they hope/expect further funding but plainly the plans were not sufficiently firm to convince the Auditors.
