Johnson is no longer invested here, end of.

He'll no doubt return once things are proven up without doubt.

If you have a notifiable holding (over 3%) then any movement it below the that or the next percentage level must be notified. If the regular selling down is from a single source, then unless it starts below 3% it would be notified. So none of the significant holders, presumably. I rather like the idea that it's one of the 0.45 punters taking a safe, small profit. If, of course, it's just a single seller.....

He will have held under 3 % as he did not have a notifiable holding we are talking far more sold than that it must be 50 million or more and they still keep coming from a never ending source
It's not Hoops or Alan Osborne there are no institutional investors so that leaves Prof only he has a line of stock of this size it can't be anyone else no one else holds .

db, we do know that Paul Johnson personally bought plenty of this stock in last year or two. If I recall correctly he couldn't stop talking about his purchasing and giving interviews about what a great opportunity KDR was.... remember he waxed lyrical about "knowbody is watching" "geology knows no boundaries" .... I'm sure I can find the links.....It was around the same time he couldn't stop saying and giving podcasts about how great CGNR was! I would hazard a guess that he is offloading KDR and buying CGNR. I could be wrong. It would be a mistake to have him on the CGNR board

Lets be honest. We haven't got a clue as to what's going on, or just what Conroy intends to do going forward. If the Company has any sort of price sensitive information, then it should be released to the wider market. The fact that we haven't heard anything of any substance suggests to me that there is nothing informative to say at the moment. Something needs to happen short term for sure. It may prove difficult to raise more funding going forward if the status quo remains, and if it can be achieved, at what price! More dilution and the more shares, the bigger the chance of a consolidation should things start working out. Somebody is giving the Market a line of stock, and they have/had plenty! Would be good to find out who it is, and that may offer some sort of explanation as to why they are selling. It is certainly having an adverse effect on our current share price.

The following is only guesswork; I have no inside knowledge. But I said some time ago I thought they might want to locate the source of that boulder before surfacing: my reading is they want to have one event/announcement/valuation at which they say, essentially, here's what we've found. At the moment they're leaving it all in the ground and only keeping evidence of what they think/hope/believe might be there. As they want that event/announcement/valuation as dramatic and large as possible, they want to track down that boulder. Finally, I suppose, they will have a Big Dig - unless the evidence is sufficient for a big evaluation event. Some of us, who would like it all to happen in our lifetime - or at least while my children (or anyway grandchildren)are still alive, rather hope they don't find any more extraneous boulders !
