There are 80 million warrants at 0.8 13 million the directors have so they wont get sold to buy a bag of wine gums however the 67 million could be another drag on the share price as no doubt as soon as the bid goes over 0.8 they will start to hit the market .so theoretically if you can sell anything over .9 you are very likely able to buy them back cheaper when they've all sold for a pint of larger and a packet of crisps ! all of which depends on the quality of the news

Environment not a issues as no chemicals
Are used in mining and all returned as they found it regards infill and planting.

Never replace the real thing imho.

Now a second thought regards bucket shop.
What if Kdr are not bothered regards SP
A JV could be announced or R update.
Both possible
Both could happen just when.
One thought imho kdr need to send a clear message to the Market value soon

Two elephants in the room are creeping u on us: synthetic diamonds and environmental controls. In say five years it would not surprise me to see a) a big market for synthetics that can mimic whatever kind of diamond you would liked and b) regulations against use of carbon producing methods for mining diamonds.
So get your skates on KDR !!

Well Beaufort are the house broker so they will have them no doubt they will reissue their speculative buy note as soon as they have sold them all news from Kdr followed by a note from Beaufort with an share price price target would be helpful .Get onto it prof ring Beaufort and tell them to at least put a target price on the stock otherwise it really will be the dreaded ducking stool !

I will ring Beaufort Securities up in the morning and say I am interested in investing in Kdr and have they got any shares from the recent placing available they must have loads still as those trades at 0.49 are buys and they are not from the mms .

None of us have unlocked any amount and as the RNS declared by aim rules if anything have added.
Add the last placemeant of which most bod members added also.
Beaufort are king of the flippers.
100 mil was the amount of share issue with a small amount of warrants with a promise of more to come.
Prof bought 80k
Maureen 27k
Jjones 23rd
We must be very close to the flipping overhang Finnish.

Assuming CatsWhiskas is right, then it says something about the difficulty they had getting the last - fairly small - funding away that they had to go so far down the 'respectability' ladder. Perhaps reflected in the the size of the discount to the then share price?

'100 million' shares looks unlikely, if only in that we know all the holders of over 3% of the equity from the declaration rules and there have been no reported reductions in those holdings. Interesting, tho', that the volume sold over the last few weeks must be getting up to that sort of percentage and somebody/ies is/are certainly in disciplined & focussed selling mode.

But Hoops has focussed the comforting point that the game will be resolved, one way or the other, in a now short and finite space of time.

Just been told that a bucket share shop bought millions of these shares in the recent 0.45 placing and are now selling them on at 0.49 which explains just about everything

Reading through this board over the last few days, I thought SteveHoops comment yesterday at 22.04 summed up the position perfectly

Unless a major development this late summer.'

The last (small) cash raising at 0.45p will not last long and will certainly not finance any further exploration/development. Not exactly a strong negotiating position?
