21/4/2023 10:01 | ali - apologies, trying to listen to a conference whilst typing. Obviously avoiding transaction costs relates to wait for the deal to happen - will edit post. Thanks | adamb1978
21/4/2023 09:59 | Sold my last tranche this morning @ 287.8, although i feel underwhelmed I think in cash terms its been my best investment yet, bought in 2018 and added and traded a lot along the way. Thank you KAPE . Onwards and Upwards | dicktrade

21/4/2023 09:51 | Adding in the forex risk between now and the payment and the opportunity cost, I decided it is not worth waiting and just sold out at 288. At least there is no dividend to be missed, been 5 yrs! | wad collector
21/4/2023 09:40 | Sold my last SB this morning | johndoe23
21/4/2023 09:38 | In the interest of openness given discussion on this thread over recent months, I sold my KAPE position yesterday. As I mulled on it during the day, I felt that its a done deal now and this morning's RNS confirms that. Question for holders is whether to wait for the extra 1% or so from the deal, or to take the proceeds now (though the latter incurs transaction costs whereas waiting for the offer does not). All the best for holders | adamb1978
21/4/2023 09:30 | another gloating rns out | wynmck

21/4/2023 08:46 | The majority shareholder situation is not one that I realised gave such vulnerability to other investors. I suspect the rules are slightly different for FTSE companies , the AIM rules were always meant to be slacker. I used to think that significant family ownership in a company was a good thing as it put their skin in the game, but then saw the ruthlessness that it could sometimes create. But seeing this manipulation of the rules makes me wonder about other companies with a single majority holder. Personally I am 11% up here so not losing sleep , but understand why other holders are more annoyed. I guess it shows the illusion of fairness and protection in the market; it will always be a jungle. | wad collector
21/4/2023 08:38 | I gave in yesterday to bully boy Tedi and his "Unkind" offer. agree with ST in the IC "the tactics used by Unikmind to try to force acceptance of its offer are unpalatable. Reluctantly I would accept the final offer" | wynmck
20/4/2023 22:37 | They part raised @337.5p to acquire ExpressVPN. Ah well, it's all over here now. | aishah

20/4/2023 13:07 | so presumably we will all receive corpoate letters to accept the offer/ or altough unlikely the share price climb higher than the offer- it all looks a fait accompli- i am not despondent as i would be able to use any disposal over the long term to put into something decent! | ali47fish
20/4/2023 10:13 | Could somebody please explain what would happen with the shares if the de-listing is approved on the 5th may? Will I be still able to sell the shares after the vote and before it disappears off the AIM? And is it known when the actual delisting will occur following the vote? Many thanks | taras73
20/4/2023 10:11 | None of the institutions have signed irrevocables so from that you can implicitly understand their view on the offer | adamb1978
20/4/2023 09:53 | why do other managers like slater(institutional investors) declare their position in order for all parties intersted including retail investors can judge the likelihood of sagi obtaining or not the requisite votes | ali47fish
20/4/2023 09:12 | Yeah sadly this is it, Sagi is a very cute operator, 290p is as good as it will get unless you’re brave enough to hold through delisting. | crosswires
20/4/2023 09:05 | They only need another 2.85% (as per RNS) so can't see why they won't succeed You should read the other RNs out today from KAPE directors. One of the directors explains why he has now committed to Sagi. Only the NED's have not.Other large shareholders will have exactly yh same thoughts . | fft
20/4/2023 08:48 | Hadnt seen the irrevocables as was previously just skim reading on my phone, but he's closer to the 75% needed for the offer to succeed now, even if he would be virtually stealing the company. Still not a done deal though particularly given the independent directors saying that the offer undervalues the company. Will be interesting to see whether any institutions throw in the towel - would only be due to the de-listing threat, but we'd likely know that within 24-48 hours I'd expect (i.e. we'll see further RNS' if so) | adamb1978
20/4/2023 07:55 | Extremely poor form but honestly did we expect anything other? | fozzie
20/4/2023 07:54 | It's always the issue with a controlling shareholder. He's got the power and his own best interests at heart. | simon gordon |
