Listen, in Spain Elcap very likely works on a desk in some property office, like showhomes or whatever. I reckon he had plenty of time to while away in between customers so that led to all the posting. What must have happened is the boss rumbled him and he's been blocked at work. That's my theory.

Or he could well be on a big development project out there. If his property is going half as well as his trading then he'll be smashing it out the park. Good luck to 'im I say!
