Appears a triangle formation has been building on the chart since last December which looks like it's due to break (upwards?) soon.

I really like the management with this company. they consistantly aquire decent companies which are cash generative. maybe we will see further special dividends with all this extra cash down the line?

The current market must be making some business owners think they've had enough and want to find a full or partial (as in this case) exit route that protects the business. That works in Judges' favour of course, with more potential acquisition prospects forthcoming.

Yes indeed.....never tire of seeing that phrase "immediately earnings enhancing"

JDG back on the acquisition trail. The purchase of Heath Scientific, with cash, is expected to be 'immediately earnings enhancing'. Nice👍

Update on Trading

Across the Group, organic order intake as of 15 May was down 18.5% compared to the same period in 2019, caused by the closure of universities, the cancellation of scientific conferences and our inability to travel.

This extract from the results in March should show a note of caution regarding Corvid "Effect on current year trading performance will be limited if the outbreak only lasts a further two months and will have a progressively growing and more significant impact thereafter." What do you think the earnings will be this year Tom?

Will it hit £60 or £50 next?????
Continued weakness of £ makes £60 favourite imho.....
But perhaps I'm biased (being long!!)

May due a share split could open it up to a new range of buyers put off by £50 a pop share price. 10 for 1 seems about right. JDG has had an incredible 10 years from 70p

Great stuff, alter ego. Not far short of its all time high set at the beginning of the month. Its a good sign that people are willing to buy on any weakness.
