In accordance with the requirements of Market Abuse Regulation Article 19, JTC announces, following the announcement of the Group's results for the year ended 31 December 2020 and approval by the Remuneration Committee of the Company, the vesting of awards of Ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") granted to Directors and certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") under JTC's Performance Share Plan (the "PSP") as announced on 18 September 2018 (the "2018 Awards"), as follows:
