The purchase was made by JTC Trustees Limited in its capacity as trustee of the JTC PLC Employee Benefit Trust. Following the transaction, JTC Trustees Limited holds 593,010 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.55% of the Company's issued share capital with voting rights attached.

Mr Whitney was not a beneficiary in relation to this acquisition, nor did he take part in any decision by the board of JTC Trustees Limited regarding this purchase of Ordinary Shares in the Company.
